  • Survived another day on the school holiday childminding merry go round. Tomorrow I am looking after them at home , I don't have a garden and we can have some shade with the paddling pool in. I am sure I will get soaked tomorrow as DGS wants a water fight . Early night for me if I can sleep.

  • I have had a fabulous weekend been nowhere well just a walk and done not much.

When I got home on Friday after having the DGC my windscreen had a crack in it, definitely weather related . It's being replaced on Tuesday , but if it's stormy it won't get done as they are doing it at home.
I am getting a lift to and from work tomorrow, plus DS is taking us to the BBC for our question of sport filming.
No money spent either. Feel ready for the week ahead .

Must be a week for windscreen issues then although mine was more idiot related than weather related!

Sounds like you're having a fantastic time looking after the DGCs these holidays too - how wonderful that your change in working hours has meant you've been able to spend so much time with them!
