I have an email here, from the parking company, stating that lots if vehicles were removed from the list. They have told me my vehicle wasn’t on the list. How can they prove my vehicle wasn’t removed along with the other 100 he claims?

Exactly.

That's what you should say and it is for them to prove otherwise.  On the balance of probabilities, on deleting a hundred VRMs, an error was made by the Claimant and yours was removed, wrongfully.

Okay so I’m at the witness statement part of the process with DCB legal, what are the chances of them discontinuing the whole thing? This is boring me so much now it’s actually just winding me up because it feels like a waste of time. I have no evidence, but my case isn’t straight forward and I do have an email from VCS stating there were confusions with the registration white list at the time so I want them to prove to me I wasn’t taken off the list in error as my defence

I agree, a DIY defence could have been a disaster, but you should be able to use that to build your witness statement.

So here’s my dilemma, I have NO IDEA how to write a witness statement, I have all my facts, but even reading how to do it online is proving difficult! I have ADHD and find things like that rather difficult!

All of the threads linked from that are DCB Legal threads that have been discontinued.
I haven't looked, but I bet all of those threads will have an example Witness Statement in them.

You knew this was coming. What preparation have you been doing in May, June and July?

To be honest, and I know it’s no excuse, I’ve just had a baby, had a family member pass away, moved house, wrote off a car, dealt with parents splitting up, the last thing that has been on my mind was this. It’s all getting a bit much and this is just added stress.

It really is as simple as copy and paste then add your own photos if signage is key (Google Streetview lets you change the image date to previous years, if you don't have photos from that time).

A witness statement is telling your story, your defence was more like a witness statement than a defence, but somehow I think you will get away with that.

Start with your defence, read it a few times and then read other witness statements as suggested above. The mist will clear after a while.
