DCBL county court

It is fair to say that if the current sign does not say "DAMAGES" ... previous signs would not have said this. SO, the question is ... why are DCBL telling lies to the court.Saskiaearnshaw said:
Here’s the sign in the car park now, I only believe the money was handed over as it was always known there was an agreement between sitel and the car park for X amount of spaces to be used by sitel personnel and this had been the case for years and no charges given, my money had always seemed to do what it was supposed to do once handed over and that’s avoid parking charges. I also don’t understand why they are 7 random days when I was there everyday?patient_dream said:

So I cant find the old signage from 2019, I can only find a picture of the new sign they have up, I also have an email here from Vehicle control services? Is that Excel? Because now the claims with DCB, it’s so confusing to me, you can also see it look over 11 months for them to make a decision, absolute chancers. Do you think they will even turn up to court? Also, the money was being paid for over a year, I don’t doubt that the money was being paid to the car park, nobody had issues before this incident, but I do believe there must have been some sort of poor communication or error between the car park and my employer for this to happen, which is not at all my fault, I was 18 years old, I didn’t even think to ask for a receipt! X
VCS are a sister company of Excel and both are entities in their own right with different company numbers ? We have seen this before and never can entities claim one against each other
The worry about DCBL is that they don't know what they are doing but, a court does.
DCBL were recently badly spanked in court because of this and it cost VCS £1000
I can only find a picture of the new sign they have up
Can you please post that picture ?
I am not sure why you think all those £5 were passed to the parking company .... this is scam industry ?
YM who signs the statement of truth is probably in contempt of the court ... very serious for her
You are right, very random tickets and I believe the £5 you all paid went into the pockets of the warden on duty who may well have defrauded Excel.

The only thing with that is, we paid for the month, so surely the whole month wouldn’t have been paid, not just 7 random days over 2 different months?patient_dream said:

It is very odd (that you got tickets on odd days, months after starting) but perfectly defendable.
Read the 2nd post of the NEWBIES thread, red heading about what happens when. Be ready for each stage.
We will help you through this and in particular, you will need a good WS and evidence before the hearing.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Okay so I’m probably being thick, what will the WS say? And how can I get evidence when everyone’s turning their back on me as not their problem and I’m not in contact with people I worked with 3 years ago ?xxCoupon-mad said:It is very odd (that you got tickets on odd days, months after starting) but perfectly defendable.

I really don’t think I’ll get anywhere with my old employer, they are useless in all ways possible, the reviews speak on my behalf too.

The WS will say (amongst other things) what you told us and signed under a statement of truth. You said earlier that other people had their tickets cancelled. Can you get in touch with who told you this? Have you tried Social Media to get in touch with ex-colleagues who can back you up?Saskiaearnshaw said:

I am not exactly a youngster, but can trace ex workmates on the dreaded bookface ! If anyone came to me for help like this, I would do it in a heartbeat. Maybe your contacts will too. You probably only need one statement from someone else to swing the balance of probabilitiesThe pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.3 -
Okay so I have found 1 person, he received them, gave them to work, and never heard anything again, what format do I need to get him to confirm this in? Because at the moment I only have Instagram direct messages from him saying this?Trainerman said:

He'd need to sign a witness statement. Fully explained in the newbies thread with examples of what the statement of truth looks like.
When you read the NEWBIES thread, only read the second post (reply) because you are not at appeal stage so don't need to read the first post there.
And don't try to use this forum on a phone. That is hopeless for what you need to read and do.

He can send you an electronic witness statement with a digital signature. There are several ways of doing this, but one way is to print it, sign and date it, scan or photograph it, and send. He will have to give his name and address I think so his identity can be confirmed if a judge thought it was necessary.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Today I have spoken to the lady on Facebook that i used to give the money too, she said after she left it was given to someone else to sort out with the car park (the incorrect charges), then after he left, HR took over the problem and were communicating with a lady who runs the car park, she gave me the ladies name and said I’m best off contacting her if Sitel won’t help me as she did actually remove the charges for my colleagues I told you about as it was 100% error that she took the blame for, hence why my colleagues haven’t had the problem I’m having, as I said before, I was signed off with depression for a month and then went on maternity leave so mine wasn’t sorted, is it worth talking to the lady I have been given the details of?Coupon-mad said:He'd need to sign a witness statement.
