Yes. Anybody who can verify that there was a company system in place, which you adhered to, is valuable. Anything that can verify your statement helps to tip the balance in your favour.

Yes, it's definitely worth asking for her help.

If you can get written statements from her or anyone else, it will be worth doing. The more proof you have, the more likely a judge will believe you.

They are completely separate companies, owned by the same man. They try to pretend they are the same company, especially when they forget which desk they are operating from, but legally, they are separate companies, and registered under different company numbers at Companies House.

In my opinion, they should not be sharing data between them, so I suggest you complain to them, then the IPC (who will ignore or whitewash everything) and the ICO that they are sharing your personal data with another company without your permission in breach of the DPA 2015 and the GDPR 2018.
You should also complain to your MP about this data breach as well.

How did they describe the actual transgression. For example if you did not display a valid ticket. Was there ever a permit system in place or a white list?

This appears to be a public car park where so many spaces have been allocated to the company that you worked for.

Certainly.  You need evidence though, so phone calls are not useful.  Emails are.

The company I worked for has a certain amount of spaces that can be taken up staff, so registration plates were on a list and updated frequently with the car park when staff come/leave.

    Multiple statements please.

This, too, is evidence of an arrangement - esp if she is able to say the arrangement led to all others being cancelled

Today I have spoken to the lady on Facebook that i used to give the money too, she said after she left it was given to someone else to sort out with the car park (the incorrect charges), then after he left, HR took over the problem and were communicating with a lady who runs the car park
The rhetorical question then becomes why the ppc are pursuing it, once you have evidenced that you were an employee that benefited from the same scheme.
