Hi,
Really tempted to buy one of these...can anyone that owns one already please tell me how big the loaves are that it produces.
Thanks in advance0 -
Sorry, should have said dimensions of the loaf!
Thanks0 -
Maybe ask on the Old Stylers thread - I'm sure someone on there will be able to help.

Hi
We've had the Panasonic SD253 for just under 2 years and it's brilliant !!!
We use it 5 - 6 times a week and rarely buy bread from the shops.
The thing about making your own bread is you know whats in it. The reason supermarket bread lasts longer is because its full of preservatives and oil to help it last longer
Its also brilliant for pizza dough and focacia dough.0 -
Thanks Sooty, but would you be able to say what size is the largest loaf it makes please?

what a fantastic buy ive also got the sd253 and can say without a doubt its the best kitchen item i have ever bought . bread is really lovely and the only small fault is the hole in the bottom of the bread where the paddle goes but other than that bread is so much tastier. Before you point fingers, make sure your hands are clean !;)0

largest size is xl (600g) which will be roughly the size of a 'normal' loaf of bread (800g) - that is around 3 quarters the size0 -
I've just order one too! Have been umming and aaahing for a while about buying one of these and decided too when I realised a loaf of bread cost £1.19!! (I don't normally do the shopping, OH does!)
Am really looking forward to the fresh bread smell wafting through the house, mmmm... :beer:Nice Shoes & Expensive Designer Handbags, are my downfall!0
