It sounds like you really need to increase your syns again @bubbs as that was when you were losing.  It's possible you're just not having enough calories as you eat so much Speed food which is low calorie.  Could you use synful condiments like mustard, mayo (good with chips according to my DH!) piccalilli, gravy etc?

I agree with @joedenise. It has to be worth a try. If it was me I'd eat more cheese but you like your puddings so perhaps more flakes in your ice cream @bubbs. 🤔

I've been so comfortable in leggings through all the lockdowns that it's hard to wear anything else. I wear dresses and skirts when I'm dressing up but still wearing skinny jeans on less formal occasions. Hate low waists though. ☹️

That's the way to do it!  Think you need to be aiming for around 10 syns a day @bubbs - it's what is recommended by SW now.  It's what seems to be working for me.  Each week I've had around 10 syns a day I've lost 1.5lb - then the week I had a high syn day I ended up gaining a lb!

Morning all, it's a beautiful day today so a machine load of washing will be going out on the line shortly - as soon as the machine finishes.  May do another load as well depending on how the time goes as think we're going out just after 9.

@bubbs You need to make sure you keep some sweet things you like in the cupboard so that they're easy to grab.  Things like the chocolate flakes and skinny crunch bars which you can add to your ice cream.  Don't know if you've seen them but I buy coconut and chocolate bars made  by Saint (I get them in Home Bargains) and they taste a bit like macaroons and they are 4.5 syns each - I think they'd be lovely chopped up over your ice cream.

Good luck keeping it up all week!

We out at a friends again today where we'll be having lunch but it's just going to be a bacon sandwich so I'm going to make sure I take my own bread so I don't end up with white and waste 10 syns!  So today's plan:

    B - fry up with sausages - P; S; F; 2
    L - bacon sandwich - HEB; P; 3.5
    D - lamb leg steak, roast potatoes and peppers, cabbage - P; S; F

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
    Syns - sausages 2; butter 3.5

    Have a good day everyone.

Morning all, looks like another lovely day here today. Off to my Mum's later for Sunday lunch, she's been successful at SW so will on plan today.

It's my last WI tomorrow for the month so hoping the scales are kind. Had a busy day yesterday, went to our local shopping mall, we have a new H beauty open, I was expecting great things but I don't think it lived up to expectations on the plus side they do have a concession selling my favourite perfume brand!
We then went for an evening walk, my watch registered 20k steps in total so think our walk was around 7 miles - feeling every one of those steps today!

For our dinner last night we had cabin chicken breasts, then I did a tray  of roasted veg and new pots, sweet pots, onions peppers and toms. I'm quite fussy and not a fan of courgette/aubergine type veg, any suggestions of other veg I can roast to boost the Speed food please?

Change of plan today!  We left home just after 9 this morning and didn't even make it to the next town (about 15 miles!) before hitting a traffic jam with traffic waiting to join the A2 as the M2 is closed for the weekend.  We tried both ways of getting through the town but it was no go both ways so we ended up turning round and coming home!  So we are home for lunch.  Have got out burgers and WM rolls so we'll have those with onions instead of the bacon sandwich we were going to be having!

@annabanana82 - I usually add carrots to a tray bake but you could also add butternut squash, parsnips and, maybe, even swede although not sure about that as never tried it.  May well try that next time I've got swede in.  You can also roast cauliflower and broccoli florets.
