Sorry about the gain @Coxy11 but as you say TOTM has a lot to answer for!  That lb will easily come off this week and hopefully a bit more.

In the end we came home for lunch but as I was expecting to be eating out I hadn't got anything out of the freezer so we ended up with toasted cheese sandwich!  Still at least it's on plan and no syns which no doubt eating out wouldn't have been so I see that as a win:win situation!

We're off to see another friend tomorrow and she's already said it's going to be bacon sandwich was lunch so I'll just take some WM bread with me (if I remember!) as she only has white or 50/50 usually.

I'm sure you'll see a loss once the bloating has gone @Coxy11. It just sounds like water retention. Keep plodding away.😊

Hope you're lucky finding something SW friendly when you're out @joedenise .

    Back on plan today.

B- HEB toast, fried eggs (P), tomatoes and mushrooms (S), HEA milk for drinks
    L- lentil soup (P,S), mackerel salad (P,S)
D- baked haddock (P), spring onion mash (F,S), use up bits of veg from fridge (S)
    Syns- weekend wine😁

Taken aback but delighted with a half pound off this morning, did not expect that.  Said I’d be happy with a STS next week as we’re out and about again this week.

Great NSV beanie 😀 I buy the Lily jeans from M & S, cheap price and there’s a bit of stretch in them but the length is just right for me which makes them even better.

As maman says it will be water and you’ll lose it next week @c@Coxy11

On plan so far with fruit before weigh in, tuna salad roll and extra salad on the side, Americano with milk for lunch and there’s talk of Chinese for dinner. I’ll probably go for something like veggie chow mien. Any idea syns??

We actually ended up coming home for lunch, a bit later than usual at around 2pm, but just had a toasted cheese sandwich so my HEA2 and HEB.  Also had some strawberries and grapes.

    Justing sitting down with a pre-dinner 0% G&T!

I really don't understand why you've had a gain.  You've been completely on plan again.  Has your consultant suggested anything else you can try?  I can feel your frustration!

Well done @Jellybaby and commiserations to @bubbs - not fair is it?

I’m just starting cooking dinner - the roasted veg looks lovely and is all speed 😇😂

It sounds like you really need to increase your syns again @bubbs as that was when you were losing.  It's possible you're just not having enough calories as you eat so much Speed food which is low calorie.  Could you use synful condiments like mustard, mayo (good with chips according to my DH!) piccalilli, gravy etc?
