TIE - you could pickle some of the cucumbers.  Plenty of recipes online but most don't seem to be for pickles which will last very long.

Where did you find the picture of all the HEB wraps @bubbs?  I can't actually work out which ones they are other than the WW ones which I about!

Morning all.  Well done on the losses for you @annabanana82 and your daughter.  Sorry to hear all of the bad news you're getting but that's good that your mindset has shifted away from seeing food as an automatic comfort.

Last working day of the week for me and already had extra things thrown at me this morning 😣  Oh well just need to get through the next 7 hours and then I'm free.  Had usual ff yogurt and blueberries for breakfast, lunch is going to be some more of the leek and potato soup I made with some bread and then dinner is a pasta bake stuffed full of veggies that I need to use up like half a bag of spinach, some grated carrots and half a courgette along with an onion or two.

Hope everyone has a good day!

Morning all, back to work today and sooo tired.  We're having a fantastic time and DS1 is enjoying catching up with family and friends but oh my goodness it's so full on!

Well done to all the losers and I need to read back further to catch up with everyone.  We had a lovely meal out last night and although I chose what I wanted, I didn't think it would be too high in syns - chicken shaslik with boiled rice and only had a few spoonfuls of the sauce - however, it seemed a lot oilier than usual so probably way over syns at the end of the day.

Back on plan today. Bran flakes HEXB), f/f Greek yoghurt, strawberries and mango for breakfast, veggie omelette and pickles for lunch and spaghetti bolognaise with parmesan (HEXA) for dinner.

    Have a good day everyone!

PS hope weigh-in goes well @joedenise

    Afternoon everyone
Just caught up on all the posts. I know I don’t post much these days but I’m still plodding on.
Still losing and gaining the same few pounds!
The weekend- well, erm, the less said about that the better 😂
I haven’t been much on plan for the last week but I managed to lose 2lbs! (I think that’s to do with my tummy troubles)
I’ve told myself I’m going to be good this week- I went for my diabetes blood test today and I’m expecting a mighty telling off so that might give me the shove I need!
Bubbs, if that happens again with messenger if you go to the search bar at the top of messenger and put in the name of the person you sold to the message will appear.
Have a good day everyone xx

I didn’t get to post yesterday but stuck to plan and ended the day on 3 syns for half a Crunchie. That was the last home game of the season so no more Crunchies until August!🤣

Well done on your loss and your DD’s @annabanana82 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 .

When I was getting to target, I bought a few cheap basics for work from places like Primark, Matalan and the supermarkets. I also experimented with colours from charity shops as I tended to wear a lot of black when I was overweight. It’s a shame your dress doesn’t fit but you do need to celebrate your weightloss and your graduation. How much more are you hoping to lose? I wondered whether something like a wrap dress which would fit for a while longer would be suitable🤔. I’ve got one which I can wear all the year round as, in the winter, I can put layers underneath.

You seem to be hanging on in there @Jellybaby but no one would blame you gaining a bit while DS is home and you’re celebrating.😊

Hope you get that half pound off @joedenise . I’m thinking of going to WI tomorrow. I don’t feel particularly hopeful but I’m away in less than 4 weeks and I’d rather try and get into target before I go. I’m out to eat tomorrow evening and Friday so it’s not going to be easy.

    Today’s EE plan-

B- HEB toast, half HEA1 milk, fried egg, bacon (P)

    L- JP (F), prawns (P), salad (S)

D- Gammon (P), Jersey Royals (F), carrots, cauli, broccoli (S), cheese sauce HEA 1.5

Syns-  cornflour 1, LTL mayo 1
