Morning everyone,
Bright start here today. DH has his camp washing to do plus the tent to dry out on the lawn so at least the weather will play ball.
Doesn’t sound like the good service expected in an M&S café maman!
Glad you enjoyed your visit to your friend joedenise.
Food looks amazing as always bubbs x How do you eat that without it falling off the plate though?!
Woohoo beanie that’s a fantastic loss, well done you 😊
I need to find better coping strategies for when TOTM hits as yesterday featured a fair bit of chocolate. My meals were mainly free with only planned syns of 1 for tsp of jam and 3 for a hifi bar. I had LO pulled pork with salad for lunch and LO beef risotto with steamed veg for dinner. I also had a bowl of melon and strawberries. Still needed the choc hit though ☹
Today is a new day and all that…..
Food will be:
B – All Bran golden crunch, banana, milk, melon, strawberries – HEB, ½ HEA, S
L – Cheese omelette, baked beans, salad leaves, tomatoes – P, HEA, S
D – smoked salmon and pea pasta – 2.5 syns for single cream
HEA – ½ milk
Syns – 2.5
Have a good day all

Morning all, weather not looking too bad and forecast to warm up quite considerably later but not as warm as yesterday. Aiming to get a couple of loads of washing done and hung on the line and also to go shopping later.
@Coxy11 - a way of stretching chocolate is to melt it in the microwave or over a bowl of hot water and then dip your fruit in it. That way you can get your chocolate fix without too many syns. Also dark chocolate is better as you are less likely to eat so much of it!
Today's plan:
B - kedgeree - P; S; F
L - scrambled eggs and spinach on toast - HEB; P; S
D - LO beef bourguignon, mash, cabbage, green beans, petit pois
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - none planned
Have a good day everyone.

Morning all. Well done on the loss @beanielou and fingers crossed for a loss for you this week @bubbs as you've been keeping your syns up. I've found the M&S cafe service has really gone downhill in the last year - not always the staff's fault but sometimes you do think "there are aisle's of food right there!" as you say @maman - hope you get the football season ticket sorted soon! We're planning on doing breakfast and lunch in the van and then have booked restaurants for dinner and Sunday lunch. Quite looking forward to it but also incredibly nervous about driving a) a larger vehicle and b) a hired vehicle as I don't want to risk losing the security deposit! Sure it will be fine though!
Feeling rather tired today so it's a pajama day at the desk. Had ff yogurt and blueberries for breakfast, lunch is going to be beans on toast with some cheese and dinner is either a tuna jacket potato with salad or roasted pepper and tomato risotto, all depends on what I fancy when it gets to dinner time!
