    Hi all,

Well done on all the losses since my last visit.

I really feel as though I've changed some of my bad habits for good, we seem to be inundated with bad news at the moment, I've been told of 3 deaths of people we know since Saturday alone! In the past I would have definitely turned to food, but its not a temptation at the moment.

In better news  I lost 2lbs this week bringing me to 2st 9lb in 18 weeks. My Daughter lost 1.5lb too so she was super pleased with that.
I've been and tried on some older clothes today, a pair of size 16 trousers actually did up and didn't hurt! My dress I thought i could wear to my graduation is too big so torn on what to wear now. Really don't want to buy a new dress and shoes??

Sorry @beanielou but those wraps are 9 syns each so not HEB.

The 6 pack of wholemeal pitta are HEA; or you can have 3 of the mini pittas.  The only wraps I think we can have are the WW ones - both white and wholemeal.

  • Hi all, no idea where I am at the moment, eating pattern up the creek, long stressful days. Need to go shopping tomorrow😢

TIE - you could pickle some of the cucumbers.  Plenty of recipes online but most don't seem to be for pickles which will last very long.

Where did you find the picture of all the HEB wraps @bubbs?  I can't actually work out which ones they are other than the WW ones which I about!
