I'm not surprised you were full. That salad is enormous! 😋 You'll probably get away with no syns today as you had a fair few yesterday but you might fancy something later. 🤔

It's cleared up here now and the sun is shining, still having roast though. 😉
Might as fill up with speed 😜 got my apple and ice cream to have yet 😁 🤣

    Morning everyone,

Bit of a grey start here today. DS2 has gone off to school for his last ever Monday. He leaves on Thursday and then just has A levels to attend for. Not sure how that happened?! DD back at uni and DH home from Wales later this evening. Will make the most of the peace and quiet today!!

Food plans were scuppered yesterday. Had brunch of poached egg, grilled bacon and beans but dinner ended up being a Mug Shot! I watched some TV then rang my DDad (30mins) then my DMum (20 mins). DH was trying to get through all that time, so then had a call with him, then BFF called in a state as had argued with her DH. Ended up being on the phone for over an hour. No weight lost though as TOTM has arrived (deep joy).

    Food today:
    B - WM toast, 2 tsp jam, melon, strawberries - HEB, 1, S
L - LO pulled pork, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles - S
D - yet to decide! Will need to shop after work as haven't been shopping this weekend oops!
    HEA - milk
Syns - hi fi bar - 3 plus 1 for jam

    Have a good day everyone,
    Coxy

Morning all.  Well done on another loss @bubbs and great food as always.  Welcome to all the newbies too.  TOTM has arrived here too @Coxy so no weighing in for me this week as there's no point!

Had a nice weekend with a long walk on Saturday in the sun, then watching the Eurovision with DH and yesterday we went to see the new Nick Cage film (DH loved it, I tolerated it 🤣) followed by dinner out.  Didn't really care about syns etc. and just focused on DH treating me to dinner; had dressed crab for starter, a fish pie for dinner and then chocolate fondant for desert.  We're away this weekend on our New Forest campervan adventure so not writing this week off completely but will be a case of being good where I can.  Had FF yogurt and blueberries for breakfast, lunch is some potato and leek soup with a slice of bread and butter and dinner is leftover chili con carne on a jacket potato with some salad.

Right off to make a peppermint tea to help with the bloating and then crack on with prep for a training session this morning.  Hope everyone has a good day.

Forecast is quite good for the forest at the weekend @ruby_eskimo. There are some good pubs in the area to eat in but if you're doing any self catering then @joedenise is the expert.

A mug shot for dinner @Coxy11! 🤣 At least it was SW friendly I suppose. Hopefully tonight's dinner will be far better. 😊

We went into the city centre this morning and DH suggested having lunch somewhere. We'd been to renew our season tickets at the football club but they couldn't as system had crashed. So infuriating as we went in person because the website is so clunky that we've given up on it. Then we went to M&S café. DH ordered a fish finger sandwich as he hasn't had one for ages. No fish fingers, so he ordered a different filling. Then I asked for a JP, no potatoes! Surely they could have got some potatoes from their own food hall!! 🤔 By this time I was so fed up with poor customer service that we gave up. I had lunch at 3.15 pm.

    Today's EE plan-
B- HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks, scrambled eggs (P)
    L- cold meats (S), fried veg and beetroot (S), 1 potato (F)
D- cold chicken (P), SW chips (F), carrot chips, mushrooms, tomatoes, green stuff (S)
    Syns- 0

Afternoon all, got back from my friend's about an hour ago.  DH ate a big lunch at the golf club so only want's a sandwich this evening so tonight's dinner will now become tomorrow night's dinner!  So I'm just going to have some crab sticks and salad.  Will have some fruit and yoghurt after if I need it.

Didn't drink yesterday so didn't go massively over syns so hopefully as I've been reasonably low syn all week (less than 10 a day) then 🤞for a small loss to get back into target range!

Enjoy your holiday @ruby_eskimo  in the New Forest.  Really like that area, particularly Lymington and Christchurch.  Unfortunately we won't be going down there this year as the place we usually camp has been told they can't hold rallies any more!  So we'll be going north instead of south this year in August!

Doesn't sound a good visit to the M&S Cafe!  Don't blame you giving up and going home to have something.

Back on plan properly from tomorrow!

Hope everyone has had a good week.
