Good luck for WI tomorrow @bubbs. 🤞for you to have a loss.
That's brilliant @maman getting the little pots which you can reuse for LTL mayo for picnics.
Sorry @beanielou I don't use the SW frozen meals but have heard different things from different people! Some say it's too mild, others that it's too spicy so sounds like it's down to your particular tastes - so if you like spicy it's probably going to be too mild but if you don't like too spicy it will be OK or too mild. Sorry not much help!

Morning everyone,
Glorious day here in Kent. Have been to WI and got a 0.5lb loss. Happy with that given I had curry takeaway last night. I stuck to shashlik and plain rice, one rum n pepsi max, tiny bit of garlic naan. Can you believe I won the raffle again - this time a bento box with multiple compartments, little pot for dressing or cheese etc. and a knife and fork. Will be ideal for workFrom A!di if anyone's interested.
I will tidy the kitchen shortly, then do a bit of gardening - all adds to the body magic! Tonight I have some friends coming for drinks and nibbles. Have purchased some tortillas and dips, cheeses and crackers plus some grapes, crisps etc. I am going to eat a big dinner in order to have minimum naughties tonight. Will stick to rum n pepsi max x 2.
Food today:
B - overnight oats, frozen cherries, mullerlight vanilla - HEB, 0.5
L - poached eggs, grilled bacon, baked beans - P
D - lo veg chilli, jacket potato - S, 1
HEA - milk
Syns - rum n pepsi max x 2, naughties ?? = hopefully can keep it reasonable
Have a good day everyone,

Morning all, absolutely gorgeous day today. Am currently making beef bourguignon for dinner tonight - probably a bit warm for it but we do enjoy it so much when we're in France. It's some of the meat I bought back with us when we went over in December so it really needs to be used up. Still got enough for a couple of panfuls. Each batch makes enough for at least an evening meal with mash and veg and a lunch with a jacket.
Have changed the bedding which is out on the line but there is so little wind it's hardly moving but I'm sure it will dry in the sun.
Today's plan:
B - fry up with sausages - P; S; F; 2
L - burger, chips & onions - S; 5
D - beef bourguignon, mash, cabbage - P; S; F
S - 2 crisp breads/Hifi bar - HEB; HEA2
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - Primula Light
HEB - 2 crisp breads; hifi bar
Syns - LF sausages 2; burger 0.5; 150g frozen chips 4.5
I tried to get some of the Aldi Slimwell chips yesterday when I went to the next town but they were out of stock so will try again in the local Aldi next week when I do the next lot of shopping. Had hoped not to be doing too much shopping before our holiday but can't believe how much fruit we're getting through and I've also run out of basmati rice! I usually add it to my list when I empty the last of the big bag into the container in the cupboard but must have forgotten when I did that.
Have a good day everyone.

Afternoon all
1/2 off ! better than nowt, must up the syns again, started well today as had 7 1/2 for a soft pitta, stuffed with bacon mushrooms and eggs.
I also had a banana at group
Rarely have 2 in a day but having pitta pizza for tea 😋
Also i inspired someone else as they wasn't losing and upped there syns after listening to me last week and she had a 2lb loss too this week
Right 3rd load in the machine before the rain tomorrow, bed smelt lovely when i was changing it with the fresh bedding, i will snuggle down well tonight 😜
Going to do some gardening
Oh i'll leave this here if anyone can help?
I sold something on market place on fb and deleted it because it sold, now i have lost the ladies message as she messaged from the listing 😣 does anyone know how i can get it back, all i know is her name was Joanne/a 🙈
I'll look later to see if anyone knowsSealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance::dance:0 -
Well done on the losses @bubbs and @Coxy11. It all helps, even small ones. 😊
Glad to hear you're passing on the message about having syns @bubbs. I think some people assume because they're on a 'diet' they should cut back. I know that wasn't your reasoning as you'd found plenty of syn free food but it obviously helped that lady at group.
Enjoy your evening @Coxy11. Good idea to have dinner first but even if you do have a few nibbles then you've got a week to catch up. You should be OK with some HEA cheese and free grapes to nibble on.
Bedding changed and on the line here too @joedenise . It's a glorious day. 😊 Do you find that boeuf bourguignon freezes well?🤔 I find the sauce goes a bit thick but usually thins down if I stir it hard enough.
I'm out tonight with a shared supper. It'll be salady bits so if I avoid the quiches then the only syns will be in dressings. I'm taking some cold meats and a bowl of prawn cocktail (pinched some in advance for my lunch😉). The dance is close to our only Morrisons so if I'm early enough I'll call in beforehand and get some fishcakes for the freezer.
Today's EE plan-
B- HEB toast, kippers (P)
L- JP (F), prawn cocktail (P), salad (S)
D- salad buffet
Syns- LTL mayo 1, kippers 1.5, salad dressings tbc0 -
Afternoon all, well was pleasantly surprised this morning with only one on! But will be a bit more careful so it doesn’t catch up with me next week. Picked up some 0% gin so thanks again Denise for the heads up. We’ve a few lunches and dinners out or with family so have meal planned around them.
DS2 is taking DS1 out tonight 🙈 so dinner for one it is. Burgers with loads of onions, mustard and salad, yum.
I too have bedding on the line and a load of towels about to go in. Not much sunshine here but definitely a bit warmer today (this is probably our summer in Scotland🤣).0 -
Well done @bubbs. At least it is a going in the direction. Great that you inspired someone to up their syns to lose weight like you have. Well done on starting today with 7.5 syns!
Also well done to @Coxy11. Enjoy your evening with your friends. Good idea to have your dinner beforehand so you won't be quite as tempted by the nibbly bits.
Sorry can't help with F'book Market Place as don't use it. Hopefully someone will know the answer.
@maman I agree the sauce can get a bit thick after freezing but I just add a bit of extra stock or some water to thin it down when I reheat it if necessary. I had to pop to the farm shop to get some carrots for the beef bourguignon as forgot to buy them when I went shopping - I did remembered the shallots.
Enjoy your buffet this evening @maman. I'm sure you'll avoid the synful stuff and stick with the salads and prawn cocktail.
@Jellybaby - Was the 0% gin the same price in Morries up in Scotland as I know that real gin would be more expensive because of the minimum pricing thing? Or is your mum actually in England? I really enjoyed my burger, onions & chips with a bit of salad for lunch. Looking forward to the beef bougignion for dinner tonight!
I've got my bedding in now as it's nicely dried and aired. Just need to get the clean bedding out and then put away the lot from the line and make the bed. Suppose I'd better go and do that shortly!
