@beanielou - the thins are 5 syns each unfortunately - not the whole pack, LOL! The Village Baker High Protein Sandwich Thins from Aldi are HEB if that's any use for you for a different one. The only Warburton one to be HEB is the gluten free one.

Those thins seem high @beanielou - not fair is it, given they're fairly small!
Traybake last night consisting of 4 SW !celand sausages, butternut squash, carrots and onion. I served steamed broccoli on the side. Just DS2 and I eating as DD had dinner out with BF. There's roasted veg left for today. It was good to get rid of those sausages - won't be buying again!
Food today:B – grilled bacon, poached egg, WM pitta, melon, strawberries, blueberries – P, HEB, S
L – roasted veg, salad leaves, tomatoes, pickles – S
D - takeaway chicken shashlik - 10 synsHEA – milk
