Evening everyone, a pound off for me this morning. Was happy with that. As Beanie said woohoo at Bubbs and Coxy!  @Mrs_Ryan you’ll get that gain off in no time.

DS woke me up leaving for work at 5.30 this morning 😳 so I just got up and haven’t stopped all day. I sometimes do jigsaws at night to keep my hands occupied and out of the fridge!

Was going to have some gin syns but too tired. Think it will be an early night for me.

No, I must have missed your post. Glad it went well. It's easy to use up courgettes. I add them to all sorts of things like casseroles, omelettes, hash, chilli, Bolognese, curry and roast vegetables. 😁 It all helps to up the Speed.

Well done on getting a 1lb off @Jellybaby. Sleep well. 😴

I can't just watch television without doing something else. It's rare that a programme captures my full attention. I certainly don't want to be bored and turn to snacking! 🤣 I like knitting @Coxy11 but don't want to make jumpers or anything like that. I need a project. 🤔

    Well done @Jellybaby :)

Hiya @TakeItEazy - come back and join us - hopefully we can help.

You're right @maman - had I eaten that eccles cake I saw at the fayre, or the Tuc cheesy sandwich at blood donors I would have been kicking myself! I'm currently knitting a scarf for Lewy Body Dementia if you're looking for a project ;) :

Dinner last night was a takeaway as it was just DH and I in the end and we were gardening all afternoon. I ordered a small chicken shish - was lovely and had loads of salad. I also had a rum and pepsi max. I got up and went for a run this morning - first time in months. I tried my 3k route, managed to run for 2k without stopping, had a little walk and then continued. I'm hoping to build this up again to 5k as it really lifts my mood.

    Food today:
B - All bran golden crunch, banana, teensy amount of milk - HEB, 0.25 HEA
L - poached eggs, grilled bacon, baked beans, mushrooms, tomatoes
D - LO roasted gammon, savoury rice, green beans, carrots - P, S
    HEA - milk
    HEA - babybel light
Syns - small glass of wine with dinner - 6

    Have a good day everyone,
    Coxy

Afternoon all, another really lovely day here.  Bit later posting as DD2 rang yesterday so say she was coming over this morning but got a bit of a shock when she turned up before 9am!  Didn't really expect her to get here that early!  We were just finishing breakfast.  She left about half an hour ago to go and see DD1.

Well done @Jellybaby on your lb loss.

That looks a lovely project @Coxy11 - have to admit to not actually knowing anything about body dementia and certainly don't know anyone who has had it or has it now.  Will look that up to find out a bit more about it.

    Today's plan:

    B - fry up - P; S; F; 2
    L - Welsh rarebit - HEA2; HEB; F
D - boiled bacon, potatoes, carrots, green veg

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - bread
Syns - sausages 2; not sure what else if anything

Hope everyone is having a good day.

You're OK @beanielou - definitely only 1/2 syn wasted.  Shame you bought 2 though as means you're going to waste another 1/2 syn or if you don't eat it waste the money you paid for it.

I've given up buying Muller Lights and just buy FF natural Greek or Greek style yoghurts and can always have them with fruit stirred through or just on fruit.
