We had a Slimmer of the Year at my group too. She was in the papers and on national TV. She looked amazing and is now a local consultant. I go to WI there sometimes but sadly she's put a lot back on. ☹️

I agree with @bubbs, it's probably best to know what damage is done @beanielou. What did you think of ' A New  Me in ' 23 with Slimming World ' or something similar as a title? 🤔

As suspected, DD2 and family had been to the shops and out for breakfast so only had coffee.

Meals are now mostly back on plan. Still having wine syns and chocolate. Will probably be 100% back on it from Monday.

Great news that you have tested negative at last @bubbs. Totally envious about the winter sun @joedenise

Hope you enjoyed your pie @Coxy11. You gave me an idea for using up turkey bits. We had pie filling on a
a pile of leaves with chips. I've done it before with chicken but it worked well with turkey. Will do it again with LO chicken as usually cook from scratch.

Think will go with that title or similar @maman, thanks.

@bubbs.  That is not so good that your consultant is moving on  :(

Have you got a machine for the doughnuts @bubbs?  They look good - assume it uses your 40g oats mixed with egg & yoghurt?

Thanks @bubbs.  Think I might have a look for one as it would make a change from usually having bread as my HEB!  But of course then that causes the problem of what to have when I want something on toast for breakfast or lunch, LOL!

Not surprised your consultant is giving up some groups - that's a lot of groups to do for anyone but especially if she has health problems.  My consultant does 8 groups and that seems a lot to me with the paperwork for each group to do.

    Today's plan:

    B - mushroom omelette - P; S
    L - burger & onions in a roll, gherkin slices - HEB; S; 0.5
    D - Fakeaway KFC; chips; corn on the cob;  - P; F; 1

    HEA - milk
    HEB - WM roll
    Syns - LF burger 0.5; butter 1

Back later after WI with what the damage is!

    Have a good day everyone.

Oh my, those donuts look lush @bubbs! Wow to 15.5st loss! Our biggest to date is 7.5st which the lovely L got last week. She has a way to go yet, but is moving so much better with her walking stick now.

I too was thinking "A slimmer new me in 2023" or similar @maman @beanielou

    Morning all!

I'm WFH the next 3 days but no bosses so will be doing a few bits here and there, and doing bits at home in the gaps. I have a tax return to do (the joys) plus some ironing. I also need to plan the next stage of my JoGLE walking route from Lockerbie to Carnforth.

We went for a walk around a local NT deer park yesterday with DD, DS2 and his GF. We got there at 2.30pm so only 1.5hours really as the weather was threatening to rain. We ended up in a 16th Century coaching inn for a drink afterwards, then home for leftovers. I am still 3lbs over what I was on Saturday so another day of being mindful. Luckily for me it's not the drink, but we have a mountain of cheese and chocolates. This is where I miss FT office working, as you could always take in the excess chocolate for demolition.

    Food today will be:
    B - cheese omelette - P, HEA
    L - lo turkey, pickles, salad leaves, tomatoes - P, S
D - turkey, leek and ham pie (no lid!), green beans, carrots - 2 (for the filling)
    HEA - milk
    HEB - hi fi bar
    Syns - choc and cheese!

    Have a good day all,
    Coxy
