Well do @SingleSue that's another good loss. Enjoy your Christmas meal then a bit of damage limitation for the next week by keeping your syns lower than usual - so if you usually have 10 then try and cut back to 5 or 6 a day which should mean at least an STS and possibly even another loss. STS at this time of year is still a very good result.

Well done on the loss @SingleSue and have a lovely meal tonight.
Another bitingly cold one this morning not helped that DS was starting work at 6 so was in and out while his car defrosted from 5!
Neighbour nearest to us boiler froze yesterday, thankfully she got it sorted but it prompted me to leave my heating on low all night.
Today's food:
B - sweet omelette, f/f Greek yoghurt, banana and tbsp skinny syrup
L - leek and potato soup
D - steak, chips, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and green beans
Syns - 0.5 for syrup so far
Have a good day all.1 -

Well done on your loss @SingleSue.👏👏👏 You managed fine with your holiday so I'm sure your Christmas meal won't derail you. 😊
Hope you manage to get to your Christmas party tomorrow @Coxy11. Is it a lunchtime thing? Not sure what the trains are doing in the evening. 🤔
Feeling a bit fat today. I wore a lined skirt (to keep warm ❄️) and there was no 'give' in it. I've been back on plan 100% since Sunday but probably all the eating out last week is catching up with me. ☹️
Today's EE plan -
B- HEB toast, HEA 1 milk for drinks, scrambled eggs (P)
L- LO casserole (F, P, S), pickled cabbage (S)
D- Spaghetti Bolognese (P, F, S), HEA 2 Parmesan
Syns - chocolate 1 (DH was eating some and shared a square! 🤣)0 -
Morning all, looking a bit brighter this morning but still very cold. At least I should get some solar gain this morning which hopefully will cut down the electric cost; pity it doesn't work for the gas as that's the most expensive at the moment with the heating!
Today's plan:
B - boiled eggs & soldiers (1 slice) - 0.5 HEB; P; 3.5
L - stuffed peppers - HEA2; S; F
D - beef stew; mash - P; S; F
S - 2 Ryvita - 0.5 HEB; 1
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - cheese
Syns - Primula Light 1 (about 10g)
Have a good day everyone.
