Keeping everything crossed for you @beanielou. Any idea when you'll hear something? 🤔
I don't use Costco @bubbs but I could ask a friend. It won't be a long before I run out of Frylight. I'm still using the £1 packs I got from Farmfoods.1 -

Our last weigh in today, I'm chasing my 10% and 2 stone award. I was 1lb away from 10% and 1.5lbs away from 2 stone at last weigh in. It's been a good almost week since we got back and we have both been very good and stuck to plan, can't say the same for when we were away...churros with chocolate anyone?
Beanielou - Is that for PIP? I recently had my claim reviewed, paperwork was received by them in August, received a text earlier this month saying that they hadn't looked at it and that I may still need an assessment but got a letter about a week later telling me I had been awarded it again without the need for an assessment (thank goodness!). I was a bundle of nerves without having to go for an assessment so you have my sympathy.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -
Well we both got our 10% awards, I also got my 2 stone award (total lost is 2 stone 1lb) middle son is just 2lbs away from losing 3 stone.
I lost 2.5lbs and middle son 3.5lbs this week.
The SW consultant has come up with a possible solution for us to keep going which we may well go for but we will need to dicuss it first, however not had the chance as I got a "Call me immediately' message from my boss. Turns out a colleague has handed their notice in and it's panic stations lol.We made it! Brilliant news @SingleSue! You've done so well (and your son) to reach your 10% and your 2 stone. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
I do hope you find a way to keep going with SW. You've found a way of making it work for you. I know there are other ways but, personally I like SW because you can eat loads, provided it's the right, healthy things. 😋
That is a high total for you for daily syns @Coxy11. 6 seems like a lot of pesto. Any other synful ingredients in the pasta dish?
That's a really bad deal @beanilou. Months of worry! 👿 I know there are waiting lists for everything these days but is this normal? 🤔
We're away tomorrow and Friday, taking a short trip to Bath. It's just the two of us so I can choose restaurants but, as long as I enjoy them, I can afford syns at the moment. It's made such a massive difference getting into target range at just the right time. I'm still thrilled about it. 😁
Today's EE plan-
B- HEB porridge, HEA milk, berries (S), banana (F)
L- JP (F), cottage cheese (P), tomato, spring onion, pickles (S)
D- veggie chilli (P, S), brown rice (F)
Syns- 0

@maman - it was a take on one, skinless boned thighs x 4, 2 carrots chopped 1 large leek chopped in largish chunks, 1 veg oxo crumbled. Seal chicken add to SC placing on top half carrots and leeks add rest and mug full made up stock s and pe, after couple hours I add about half cup long grain rice and hand full sliced mushroom. Then forget about it. Rice swells rather like rissoto. Instead rice I have used chunks potato too.
The other one is the mince beef hash minus the tin baked beans. Make that when DH is around as he likes it, he is not a fan of chicken other than roast(and not in SC)
@bubbs toad in the hole yummy
B wbix blues sliced pear and 0% from frais
L salad and prawns, toms and beet cornichons b read
D L O chicken stew and sliced green beans(sain bargain at 30p)
HEA Milk
HEB Wbix bread x 1 each
Syns Hi if 3 low spread 0.50 -
