Thanks and well done on your loss @Vegastare. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

In my excitement, I forgot to post my menu today. As always on WI day, I had Weetabix for breakfast. I had an omelette and pickles for lunch. I had planned to make a 'hot dinner' but feeling like some comfort food. I'm having sausage, chips andย  beans but will add mushrooms and onions as a gesture of Speed. ๐Ÿ˜Š Syns will be 1 for the Aldi sausages.ย

Our flight didn't happen so we're back home! ย Have had to sort out new passports although ours are still in date they were issued in September 2012 and the EU insist your passport is no more than 10 years old since issue! ย I knew we needed to have 3 months after returning on it so was going to apply in the New Year so it was in date for our Gambia holiday!

Today has been a very expensive day with Premium passport cost, train from Gatwick to Victoria and back, having to buy more diesel so we've got enough to get to Gatwick and back again! ย There's not much change from ยฃ1000!!! ย So a lesson to check passports when they're coming up for renewal! ย Don't check when your passport runs out check when it was issued - it needs to be less than 10 years before your return date to the UK.

We only ate half the fish and chips last night and froze the rest so ended up having the LOs for dinner tonight! ย Had falafel warps for lunch and no breakfast as didn't fancy eating at 3am! ย It's going to be another early night as need to be up even earlier tomorrow as our flight is at 7.15am!!!

Well done @maman - great loss this week to get back into target range. ย Good luck everyone who is still to weigh this week.

Have spoken to my sister and she said the hotel and rooms are beautiful - that's such a relief because my sister doesn't usually like things I do! ย She's a lot more fussy when it comes to hotels.

See you all sometime - not sure what the wifi is like as sister has said there's a wifi corner but there's supposed to be wifi throughout the hotel so we shall see.

    Morning all,

Didnโ€™t manage to get on yesterday. I was in the office as we had a big IT migration of data and I was flat out all day helping colleagues. Managed to grab a coffee on the way in along with some M&S cous cous (no orzo!!) and so glad I did as only got to have another cuppa at 3pm. Back in today and couldnโ€™t sleep so got up at 5.40am.

So sorry you had all the hassle with the passports yesterday @joedenise โ€“ I would never have thought about the start date on a passport so thatโ€™s a good tip. I hope you get away today without issues and enjoy yourself with your sister.

Hope DHโ€™s fasting/procedure goes okay @Abbafan1972 and great news about DD passing her test. Iโ€™m sorry you had a gain but you have a lot going on at the moment, so try to be kind to yourself xx

Hope you felt well enough to see your friends @ruby_eskimo

Well done @maman and @Vegastare on your losses โ€“ great news x

    Great haul at Asda @bubbs!

Some NSVโ€™s this week โ€“ managed to tuck my top into my work trousers yesterday and if anything, the trousers were a little loose around the waist. I also forgot to take a hi fi with me for the train home so grabbed a pack of 2 biscuits from my locker (left over from a meeting a week or so ago) BUT I didnโ€™t eat them. Took them out of my bag on the train and had a word with myself and dropped them back in!

    Food today:

B โ€“ overnight oats, mullerlight, frozen cherries โ€“ HEB, 0.5

    L โ€“ hopefully M&S orzo, grapes, blueberries, satsuma โ€“ 2 plus S

    D โ€“ SW carbonara โ€“ HEA

    HEA โ€“ milk

Syns โ€“ hi fi bar plus 2.5 so 5.5 total

DH is off to a mates' house to watch the football tonight but will cook for me. I have a night in with DS1โ€™s puppy tonight โ€“ we have him for a week as theyโ€™re in Mexico. Looking forward to snuggling with puppy on the sofa later.

    Have a good day all.
