Evening all, well done to fellow Weigh In-ers today. I lost two so thinking I might need to lose another tooth next week 😂😂 a couple of days of soup and yoghurt definitely helped!

I forgot it was a taster and had to dash to our local shop on the way to group. Got some berries and ended up putting them in SOTW basket as well as the tin of tuna I had.

A group of ladies I sit with are planning a lunch out for Christmas and I was asked along - apparently everything is syn free 😉😉

DS is off out with ‘she’s not my girlfriend’ so can please myself for dinner. May just have some pasta and sauce with parmesan.

For a change, loads of food at taster and table was groaning so just stuck it in the basket. Well done on winning SOTW, think I’ve only ever had it once in all the years I’ve been going.

Morning all, what a horrible one it is too!  Been raining since the early hours and it's also quite windy.  Another day with no washing - the basket's getting very full and will have to do some tomorrow whatever the weather even if it means putting it on the airer to dry!

Had my friend and her 2 dogs here last night as her dogs are terrified of fireworks and her house backs on to the place where they do a firework display and BBQ for Guy Fawkes.  The dogs were as good as gold here as there were very few bangs to worry them too much.

@bubbs I saw the picture of your pork and egg loaf wrapped in bacon but you just said it was for tomorrow - not that it was for a taster!  I just thought you were going to have it sliced for lunches for a few days!!!

Well done @Jellybaby on your 2lb loss.  Don't think losing another tooth would be a good idea though!  Mind you suppose you could still have a soup and yoghurt day if you fancy it, LOL!

    Today's plan:

    B - fry up - P; S; F; 2
    L - toasted cheese sandwich; pickles - HEA2; HEB; S
    D - lamb shank; potatoes, veg - P; S; F; 2.5

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    Syns - sausages 2; lamb shank 2.5

    Have a good day everyone.

Messed around with football timing again today. I'll be pleased when the World Cup starts as then I won't have to put up with the traffic. Everyone comes by car as there's either engineering work or no trains and the buses are few and far between because of driver shortages. It. is. a. Disgrace. 🤣

I made a small chicken salad and took it with me as, after last week, I didn't want to go trailing around looking for a cafe with something SW friendly.

    Today's EE plan -
B- HEB toast, fried eggs (P), baked beans (F), HEA milk for drinks
    L- chicken salad (P, S)
D- roast chicken (P), SW roast potatoes, LM stuffing balls (F), many vegetables (S)
Syns - half crunchie, gravy, weekend wine
