Like you @joedenise, we first got to like the mackerel in mustard sauce in France. I buy the Princes version in Sainsburys. At the moment, it's £1.50 but it's often on offer at a pound when I stock up. Although, even at £3 for two people, it's a good value way of having a portion of oily fish.🤔

A bit chilly here today and we've rain on the way. I'm off to group shortly and will walk and take a decent brolly! Am liking the sound of mackerel in mustard sauce so will take a look in Sains later.

Good luck @Coxy11 and @bubbs and anyone else weighing this morning.

Really cold here this morning - can really notice the difference from last week!  10 degrees is a bit drop so really feeling it now.  I need to do some washing but really want the sun to come out so that the solar panels can take care of the electric cost!  Will leave it a while to see if it brightens up - if not then I'll leave it probably until Monday when the next dry day is forecast.

Today's plan:

B - fry up - P; S; F; 2
L - burger and onions with salad in soft pitta - HEB; S; 0.5
D - chicken jalfrezi; rice - P; S; F

HEA - milk
HEB - soft pitta
Syns - LF sausages 2; LF burger 0.5; couple of G&Ts 6

0.5lb off for me this week. Am pleased with that as it's been star week plus I haven't run this week at all. I will pop to do the food shop later at Aldi as we're out all day tomorrow. Got a tin of the mackerel in mustard sauce from Sains to give it a try!

Gloomy and wet here too. Like you @joedenise, I'm watching the weather forecast to have a chance of line drying for as long as possible. 

Today will be a rare (as hen's teeth), syn free Saturday. 😁 I'm going to a dance tonight and will be driving myself and taking my own light supper.

L- cold chicken (P), fried potatoes (F), fried vegetables and pickles (S)

Although I might treat myself to 1.2 syns of mystery chocolate when I get home! 🤣

Well done Coxy 

Well birthday week, roast at my sisters, real ice cream, chinese, bag of crisps, whole bar of chocolate about 30 syns and i lost 1lb, don't make sense but i am happy.

My taster went down a treat, the whole lot went and everyone wanted recipe. Christmas taster is 17th and i won't be there  


I had some free food at group
