    Morning all 🤗
Was back at work yesterday for 1 day so totally confused as which day it is 🥴😂
Just as we all were sitting down to Safe Guarding training I received a text from my Sis saying our Aunt had died 🥺. We weren’t close, just feel for my cousins 💔.

Anyway the good news is WI with 1lb LOSS 🤗. A loss 2 weeks running, unheard of since menopause hit so am typing this with 🤞🏻  I don’t put the kibosh on it.

More good news, our lovely son went halves with us to buy a new (to us) car. So hubby doesn’t have to keep borrowing his car for dialysis. I also don’t have to walk the dog & walk to work when son is on earlies. The body magic is good but the back pain isn’t 🥴.

Still sunny & warm here so will get the washing dried. Have a great weekend all 🤗

Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Sorry to hear about your aunt @TakeItEazy but otherwise things are going going well for you. 😊

Well done on on your 1lb off. 👏👏👏Long may this losing streak continue.😁

What a kind gesture from your son. The convenience will be good for you but I'm sure having his own wheels will be really good for your DH. 👍

    Hi everyone,

Well done to the losers - Mr & Mrs @room512 and @TakeItEazy. Sorry to hear about your Aunt though  :'(

Sorry about the tiny gain @bubbs

I weighed in today with a 0.5lb loss so that's a loss 3 weeks running, which definitely means a gain next week lol!

We were saying in group how we commiserate with 'only a tiny 0.5' gain, but when it's 0.5 off it's a massive achievement - especially for folk like me who lose really slowly. So much of this is about the psychology isn't it?

I bought some of the Rocky Road skinny dream bars in B&M - they are 3 syns each or 2 for a HEB. They were more expensive that the other higher syn non HEB ones at £1.50 for 5. Will give them a go.

    Food today will be:
B - hi fi bar (at WI)
    L - LO Chinese pork and noodles - 0.5
D - Wedding evening buffet. We are staying over at a hotel, the wedding is at a venue 10 minutes drive away. It's posh(!) so I'm not sure what to expect, but probably not the usual 'beige'. We shall see.
    HEA - milk
    HEB - hi fi bar x 1/Skinny Dream bar x 1
    Syns - 0.5 plus buffet.....

    Have a good day all,
    Coxy

Well done @room512 (and your DH) and you too @Coxy11. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Commiserations @bubbs. I know it's not much but seems so unfair when your food is so SW friendly. 🤔

It'll be interesting to hear what's available at the wedding @Coxy11. At least staying over, you should be able to have a SW friendly breakfast. Have a good time. 😊

I can't remember if I posted about making my own seafood sauce @room512. It's very roughly this recipe although I only add some yogurt if I have it in the fridge.
Light seafood sauce Recipe | New Idea Magazine

As I'm usually making it for just me then I sort of make up the quantities to fit. It's basically LTL mayo with a small squirt of each of the other ingredients. I keep a bottle of Aldi lemon juice in the fridge but it works just as well with a little wine vinegar. I don't have any tabasco at the moment either so I just sprinkle some paprika before serving to make it look a bit professional.😉

I'm busy in the daytime tomorrow so the plan is to prep for today and tomorrow's dinner while listening to the match this afternoon.

    Today's EE plan-
B- HEB porridge, HEA milk, strawberries (S), banana (F)
    L- sardines and  salad (P,S)
D- chicken stir fry (P,S) with noodles (F)
Syns- honey 2.5 for stir fry sauce, weekend wine😁

Sorry to hear about your relatives @annabanana82 and @TakeItEazy.

Well done to all the losers and commiserations Bubbs, though I’m completely baffled as your food is always, always, always on plan!

After last week’s gain, I lost 3 this morning. Now just to keep it going 🙈. I bought some of Aldi’s onion and rosemary sausages, had them for lunch and much prefer them to LM.

DS is out tonight with ‘she’s just a friend’ 😉 so dinner for one but don’t know what I fancy yet.

Have a lovely time tonight @Coxy11

    That's excellent @Jellybaby. Delighted for you. 3lbs is a brilliant loss. 👏👏👏

Enjoy your dinner, whatever you decide on.

I've excelled myself. Prepped the two dinners AND cleaned the oven! 😇 It's only a few months old so I'm determined not to leave it until it's really hard work.

So what's the plan for the week @bubbs? Is it 10 syns a day? 🤔

I kept losing after I got to target. One week I lost 5.5 lbs and was way out of the bottom of my target range. Then it was my birthday and I went away for the weekend and it sorted itself out. 🤣
