    Morning all,

    Safe and happy travels @joedenise!

Food looks lovely as ever @bubbs.

I will look for those sausages in my A!di @Vegastare as I too find the LM ones repeat on me (sorry TMI!) so worth trying something new. I'm not too fussed about Skinny bars as enjoy my one-a-day hifi habit...!

We have workmen here this morning from 9am fitting some shutters in the lounge. DH didn't clean the windows and I was too pooped, so they will have to be cleaned afterwards. C'est la vie!

    Food today:
    B - 2 weetabix, skimmed milk, melon, blueberries - HEB, HEA, S
    L - roasted veg - butternut squash, red onion, carrots - S
    D - A!di Slimwell chicken saag, rice - 2
    HEA2 - milk
    Syns - hi fi bar 3 plus 2 = 5 total

    Have a good day all.

Morning!  Happy holidays @joedenise and happy new shutters @Coxy11

Medication is obviously working as work was particularly stressful yesterday and would normally send me straight to the fridge or opening wine but it didn't get to me and I stayed on plan!!  Fingers crossed it continues

Will need to pop out at lunchtime for fruit as there's only one banana and a few plums left.

    Today's plan:
    B - toast (HEXB), jam
L - pea and ham soup from the freezer
D - chicken fajitas (without the wrap for me)
    Syns - 2 for jam, may have a Lidl ice-cream water 6.5

    Have a good day everyone!

Well got weighed this morning and 1lb WL think I will have to do more speed.  Plus a bit more active.  My long walks have been cut down as my four legged friend is getting older and tends to not do the distances he used to bless him.  So more gardening is needed DH will enjoy me doing that.

B mixed fruit and ff yog
L  2 ryvita tongue beetroot and tomato
D  cod, sw chips broc and mushy peas

    HEA Milk  HEB ryvita

    Syn 3 skinny bar.

Well done on the loss @Vegastare x

I've just had a bowl of roasted veg for lunch - celery, carrot and bns - topped with a little cheddar (like 15g) as was using up the end of a block. Was very tasty and will take the rest for my lunch at work tomorrow.

Well done on your loss @Vegastare. It all helps! 👏👏👏
Definitely up the Speed though as it cuts the calories as well as being healthy.

Good news about the medication @Jellybaby and as it stops the triggers then even better. 👍

I'm sure your lounge will look great with the shutters @Coxy11. Is it finished when they're done? 🤔

You really made up for 'only' having plums for pudding last night@bubbs . Tonight it was a plateful of ice cream. Although I miss your lovely manicure with the sundae glass. 😉
