Hi all....sorry didn't post yesterday, it got to 9pm and I honestly was so cream cracked couldn't switch laptop on.

Pretty much stayed with plan though and got some peanut Skinny Crunchy bars for 99p.  I think I like them better than Hi Fi bars - they don't have that gooey chew stuff that Hi Fi have plus so much cheaper and not as sweet...I am sure SW class would demand they are more syns but I shall count them as 3.

@joedenise I think you have a keeper there, not only does he take you an magical mystery tour of France but bakes fruit buns too.  Should not grumble mine bought me 2 packs Skinny Crunch yesterday bless!!

Bit of breeze out here today so more washing out.  Fine drying day as my old Gran would say.

B 1WBix plums rasp blues and FF gr yog
L  2 poached egg ham beet and tom slice bread.
D  Tuna steak boiled new pots green beans and mushy peas

HEA Milk  HEB 1 break I lunch
Syn LF butter 2 and pos Skinny Cr 3

Catch up later - hope weigh ins for you Wed folk goes well

Out of interest, which chicken curry recipe would you use if you were making it yourself?

I usually just follow the recipes on either SW or Slimming Eats.  I do find a lot of SW recipes a bit too wet/liquidy for me and I usually have to add a lot more seasoning.  DS is far better at curries  - he's more adventurous!  And I enjoy being cooked for  :D

Afternoon all, WI was OK - it was STS for this week - had hoped for a 0.5lb loss to take me to bang on target but it wasn't to be.  It hovered between the 2 weights but then settled for the 0.5lb over target.  Still it means I've got 2.5lb to play with and as we're away for a month I'll take off an extra 2 weeks when we get back to get back on plan properly and hopefully shift most if not all I put on!  I do a lot of the cooking SW style in the van but there's always the baguettes and croissants that get in the way!

Won't post my food for today as it very definitely not on plan!  I have had one of DH's fruit buns and with the butter that is the day's syns gone!  I also need quite a few for dinner tonight so I'm probably going to be using at least 2 days worth of syns today but not going to worry about it.

@Vegastare - you'll be pleased to know that the peanut butter Skinny Crunch are only 3 syns as are the choc orange and the toffee ones.  The others are higher in syns - some are 4.5 some are 5.

@Jellybaby - I use quite a lot of the SkinnyEats recipes.  I particularly like her butter chicken recipe; it uses a few syns as you do use some butter in it so have to syn that but think that's the only thing.  It's quite a mild curry.

Well done Denise for STS and in range and have a wonderful trip.

I popped in Aldi and I couldn't find the red onion sausage - said they sell out quickly....so will try and remember next time....thought I would try these as one of you(sorry not sure who) mentioned they were a little less spicy than LM then I popped in B and M and they had lots of that Skinny syrups etc, but TBH could live without....yet another place that didn't have One Spray Butter or Mint crispy skinny bars.....

    Have a good evening all

Oh dear @Vegastare. It's bad with ever increasing prices without shortages on top.☹️ I've only got 2 LM sausages left so I'll be hoping Aldi has some in stock this week.

That's the way it goes at Company Shop unfortunately @bubbs. Hope you had a good day with your friend. What's in that beetroot salad from Iceland? 🤔
