on count down to back to work next Friday 😳 not sure how I’m feeling about it 🥴
Started my new meds, had halved them but took whole one last night. Really fuzzy headed 🥺 hope it wears of by Friday if not I won’t be awake in time or with it when I get there 😂.
Went to see my (new) cousin & Aunt & Uncle yesterday, had a lovely visit but emotional as she goes back to America on Wednesday 🥺.Another warm day here, long may it last as loving it ☀️Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Just a quick question. Going to make the frozen yogurt tonight. Do I just tip the tub of yogurt into the ice cream maker after turning it on? Do I need sweetener or vanilla extract? Or is that just to taste?Another question (sorry!) Making KFC tonight. Have some potato flakes and know what seasoning we are going to add but how much mashed potato powder will we need? Not sure if we need to syn it or not. We have six chicken thighs if it is dependent on how much chicken there is? Or is it mix up a whole pack with spices and use it as and when?0

@room512 only just saw this asked Bubbs this couple weeks ago
Vegastare, i make ice cream in the ice cream maker, every single night, ff greek yoghurt and that had vanilla essence in it so syn free 😋
The KFC I have made it with my HEB allowance bread into crumbs and crumble veg oxo
not sure about the pot flakes. But would use as little as poss not to get caught out, about 4 years back SW stopped it being free and made up a portion was about 4 syns not sure if flakes.
Hope this helps0 -
Lost 1lb this week - whoohoo! Stuck to an Americano with skimmed milk at Caffe Ner0 (just the one) and DH and I had the LO pasta bake for lunch just now.
Well done on your losses @room512 that’s great. Super loss too @TakeItEazy xx Hope the meds settle down x

Just read the last few posts so still to catch up but well done to all the losers! I put 2 on!! No idea how as I was totally on plan all week. Consultant gave me a food diary to complete for next week and told me to stick to ten syns each day .
So far I’ve had a seeded bagel thin (HEXB), sliced chicken and loads of salad and two nectarines. Burgers with roasted veg and chips for dinner. Might push the boat out and have a tbsp of mustard. Have loads of fruit in if I want anything later.0 -

Well done on all the losses. @room512 - that's brilliant losses for you and your OH this week. Sorry you've had a gain without knowing why @Jellybaby - that's really annoying when you've been on plan. You may of loss inches from somewhere. Did you measure yourself when you first started? If so definitely worth remeasuring.
Lunch wasn't particularly SW friendly but I picked the best on the menu - moules et frites with borderlaise sauce - the frites were lovely and crisp but probably about 15 syns! I didn't have much of the sauce which was just a white wine sauce with some veg floating in it, LOL! Also had a G&T so I've gone over syns but hopefully not by much and will rein it back in between now and Wednesday WI.

Well done on the losses @Coxy11, @bubbs and @room512. 👏👏👏 Your DH did exceptionally well @room512 but that's often the case with men. ☹️
Shame about your gain @Jellybaby but being good always pays off, eventually. 🤞
Shame about the fries @joedenise as mussels (which I love 😋) are probably quite low syn as I can't imagine restaurants being over generous with the white wine in the sauce . 😉
We've had a strange day as football kicked off at 12.30pm. In the end, I didn't have any lunch. We stopped for a cup of tea with friends and DH had a scone but I resisted. 😇
I've portioned up all the Company Shop buys from yesterday. Hope you can get membership soon @room512 as it's well worth a look. I've made 2 meals of meatballs for the freezer and tonight's burgers from one pack of the turkey mince. 😁
Today's EE plan -
B- HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks, bacon, fried egg (P), tomatoes (S)
L- none
D- turkey burger (P, F, S), SW chips (F), carrot chips, tomatoes, mushrooms, green stuff (S)
Syns - weekend wine 😊
