Welcome back @Vegastare, I remember you from previously. You can certainly give SW again by using the thread but as @Coxy11 said you might find you are not as accountable without group. Give it a go with using the thread and if it doesn't work for you there's no reason why you shouldn't rejoin group if you feel able to. I don't know about other groups but at my group the chairs are still fairly spaced out rather than on top of each other so you're not too close to anyone and queuing up we stay about 1m apart.
People who have used online and posted on here always seem to say it is a waste of money.
I'm sure it won't take you too long to shift the weight you've put on @Coxy11. If it goes on quickly it usually comes off quickly. At least you are going to have DH to support you which always make things easier.
Really enjoyed the curry tonight and there's a portion left which DH can have tomorrow if he wants otherwise I'll freeze it for another day. We've got my friend's dogs overnight as she's moving tomorrow so once the removal men have left her new house I'll walk the dogs down to her as she's only moving about a 5 minute or so walk away and all downhill! DH is going to pick her up from her current house to the new one so at least I won't have to walk at the hill as well!

Welcome back @Vegastare. 😊 Sorry to hear you've suffered during Covid. You've done the right thing to draw a line and decide to return to SW. If I were you I'd start on your own, using the thread to support you and then, when and if you feel ready, you could go back to a group. Start with a meal plan and shop and ask any questions you like. I don't think there have been any major changes to the plan since 2020 but some syn values might have been changed... sadly that usually means increased. ☹️
Glad to hear you've had a good holiday @Coxy11 . I'm sure you'll sleep well tonight. 😴 Sounds like an expensive trip though. I had much the same syns as you on holiday which after 3 weeks meant a big gain. But that's in the past now (for both of us) and time to get back to normal, healthy eating. You've done the right thing stocking up on fruit and veg. Onwards!! 😊
Hope the dogs behave themselves @joedenise. 😉0 -

Morning all. Welcome back @Coxy11 and @Vegastare and if it's 22 weeks to Christmas @bubbs, then it's only 5 weeks till I'm on holiday 🛫
Spent the weekend at my parents and it was a nice relaxing time. Not as "on plan" with the food but made the best choices where I could. Lost 1.5lbs this week which was a bit shocking when I got on the scales this morning 😲 but not complaining! Think it's a combination of all the walking, lots more water and lots of salad in the hot weather! Went for a jog / walk before work this morning as I have a lot of things to do after work today. Had ff yogurt and blueberries for breakfast, lunch is a chicken salad and dinner is carbonara.
Hope everyone has a good day and enjoys the cooler weather!Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20170
