We've got washing machines and dryers in Morrisons car park. Handy for washing duvets as bigger than household machines. Wash our duvet there and then bring home to dry on the line - works out a bit expensive drying as well! Been there at least 5 years so they're definitely about in the south.

Well done @beanie Whoohoo!I’m weighing in tomorrow night as we’re away this weekend and I’ve already used 4 weeks holiday thanks to Covid and my highlands walking. Using up stuff today so a bit higher syn than I'd like but needs must - don't want to waste food! So plan today is:

L - BBQ pulled pork in wholemeal roll - P; F; 7
D - LO roast pork, chips, beans - P; F; 3
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - butter 3.5; roll 7; chips 3
