STS isn't bad for just a few days @Coxy11. Enjoy yourself with your family and friends and then just carry on with the plan. 😊
Nothing wrong with a hungry day @beanielou. Depends what you ate. 🤔🤣
Have a great time in France @joedenise. Do post when you can. 😊0 -
Happy travels @joedenise x
and good morning to everyone else!
Had a really odd night's sleep. Kept getting palpitations that woke me up so I was very restless. Last day in work until Monday. Lots of folk taking their privilege day off today for the Queen's birthday so it will be quiet. I have the joy of sending an email, to each of those who were awarded a bonus - my cup overfloweth.
Food today:
B - all bran golden crunch, mullerlight yog, banana, pineapple - HEB, 0.5
L - baked (small) sweet potato, cheese, lettuce, toms, pickles - HEA, S
D - out out - will opt for chicken and rice I think.
HEA - milk
HEB - hi fi bar
Have managed to increase my soft drink intake over the last couple of days. Thanks to @ruby_eskimo for your tip.
Have a good day everyone,
Coxy

Morning all. Safe journeys @joedenise, and lovely to see you back again @Gettingtherequickly, hope you enjoyed the show. Think I might have to try and get some type of pie on the menu for next week @bubbs after seeing your picture. Hope your day goes quickly @Coxy11 and you get a better night sleep tonight; doesn't sound like a great job but hopefully you can copy and paste and just change the names!
Last working day for me today too and am on my own at home today as DH has decided to go to the office today. Decided to try something new in June and did some yoga when I got up this morning and actually feel a lot better for it so hoping to get some done every morning. Followed it with some scrambled egg, a slice of toast (chopped up very very small) and a couple of strawberries on the side. Lunch is another portion of my chicken broccoli salad and then dinner is hunters chicken. Getting my hair cut this evening too so that will be some weight off at least! 😂
Hope everyone has a good day!

Have completed the task from hell - yes cutting and pasting 100+ times @ruby_eskimo and the first 35 went 'encrypted' so the recipients had to ask approval from me to view! Couldn't make it up. Is it too early for wine (asking for a friend).
Have realised I've double counted my HEB's today so will use syns for the hifi bar.
Have frozen the 3 small sweet potatoes as realised I'd be putting the oven on just for that. Will cut up and freeze a butternut squash later as won't be using that until end of next week and don't want it going to waste. TBH it would probably be okay in the fridge, but don't want to chance it.
So now need to go hunting for lunch. I have some cherry toms and mushrooms needing using up, so maybe an omelette with homegrown leaves and pickles.Cross-stitch WIP: Haberdashery Shop Fiver Friday challenge 2025 founding member 😊 Read 25 books in 2025 17/25 Currently reading The Ghost Fields by Elly Griffiths0 -
Oh dear @Coxy11 - probably should say that I've just remembered that you can mail merge emails using Word for your template and then an Excel file with the details you need to insert (e.g. email, name and bonus amount if you include that) Have included the link here so might save you some time in future if you have to do something similar!Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20170
