Thanks @ruby_eskimo I too thought of doing that, but each one was slightly nuanced! And this is to be done every quarter!!!

Another amazing haul @bubbs. It's great when you hit Asda at the right time like that too! 😁

I've had a good day but not very SW friendly. Breakfast was fine (scrambled eggs) but then I met my friend for lunch. I went by train so had a prelunch drink then prawn cocktail followed by a chicken curry. Then they brought her a sticky toffee pudding with a candle so I had to share that (the pudding, not the candle! 🤣). Not eaten since though

    Back on plan tomorrow. 😊

    Morning,

Just in the car heading for Portsmouth. Our ferry isn’t until 4 so we will explore Portsmouth and have lunch.

Dinner was chicken shish with bulgar wheat and salad plus 2 rum and Diet Coke. The restauranteur gave us a bottle of pink Prosecco to take away aaaah!

I have some hi fi bars with me plus a banana. Have had poached egg, mushrooms and tomatoes this morning and have finished the pineapple.

Yes @beanielou I received a bonus after telling my boss what a slap in the face it was having to input everyone else’s! Nothing like feeling valued and having to ask for recognition.

    Have a good day all

    Hi all,

Booked our holiday today, we decided against flying and booked our first family cruise so we are all very excited - 10 weeks to go! I've cruised once before.

In lieu of weigh in I weighed at my Mum's which I know how they compare to SW and looks like I've lost 2lbs over the last 10 or so days, I've not been bad but I do feel I may have relaxed a little too much but need to get back on it ready for my holibobs
