Sorry to hear that it has been confirmed Penny. But on the plus side, at least the uncertainty is over and knowing you, this will be turned around pretty quickly into a new opportunity.
You're fab and I have no doubt that things will all work out for the best.xxx

Well DH & I went shopping early this morning. Got home around midday. Unpacked groceries and finished wrapping rest of gifts this arv & watered plants. My wool arrived from Ebay so dishcloth No 3 started.
Rant Alert:We got a letter from the Elec Board today to tell us that our power is going off on Tuesday from 7.30am to 3pm for maintenance. Why don't they schedule these things in winter
but oh no, 1 week before Xmas, stinking hot weather and everyone's fridges/freezers no doubt are brimming. It's a long time for them to be off.
Hope you all have a nice day. Just remembered I need to take the clothes off the line. ByeeeeeeeeeeDon't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia.0 -

:santa2: Morning
Hi Aimee, glad to see you back, we were getting worried.
Freezing again this morning, so not at all jealous of N9eav jetting off to Florida
Hilstep, glad your mum is feeling a bit better
Going to the crem today, Mum and Dad are both in the December garden, so my sister and I decorate the Christmas tree, and other people put their decorations on too, so it's become a bit of a tradition.
Off to Morrisons later, not for a big shop, but just some bits and pieces. Must try not to get carried away with the BOGOFs.
Mushrooms on toast for breakfast, soup for luch and hm pizza and nibbles for dinner.
Have a good day everyone, and wrap up if you are going out xYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -

Rudolf, the red-nosed reindeer
had a very shiny nose.
And if you ever saw him,
you would even say it glows.
All of the other reindeer
used to laugh and call him names.
They never let poor Rudolf
play in any reindeer games.
Then one foggy Christmas eve
Santa came to say:
"Rudolf with your nose so bright,
won't you guide my sleigh tonight?"
Then all the reindeer loved him
as they shouted out with glee:
"Rudolf the red-nosed reindeer,
you'll go down in history!"this ok TruI didn't say it was your fault, I said I was going to blame you
I am one of the English sexy Shelias
I'm also a hussy0 -

Morning All
Pen-Peng - Sorry to hear that, seems especially mad as with the credit crunch more and more people will be going to the CAB
N9eav - havnt looked at currency yet - I was expecting to use my American Express Travellers Cheque card but they have cancelled it - gutted as it was such a good idea.
Lots going on today. Its my nephews birthday and my friends 40th today - need to wrap both sets of presents. Have got B Gas man turning up early this morning (hopefully) to fit a new heat exchange in our boiler. Have fingers crossed that he will be finished by 10.30 as need to leave then for our meeting with our main client - it is situated between Lakeside and Bluewater - takes us 45 mins on a normal day but gawd knows with Xmas shoppers.
Need to rush home, pick up DS from school then head round to sisters to give nephew his presents. Not sure if we are eating there or not. Have a load of ironing to do some paperwork and some housework - not sure if will fit it all in.
Am waiting for 2 more deliveries for Xmas - not sure is one has actually turned up and is in the massive pile of presents - will have to have a good sort out on Monday.
Oh well best get on, dont want to be in my dressing gown when gas man turns up!
Have a good one.
