Finally earning interest instead of paying it!!!2 -
Nice idea but sadly it's gone into the pot to balance the cash Vs debt which is currently negative! But has made a big difference there so am very grateful.2

- OPs to mortgage = £18,925 Estd. interest saved = £9,670 to date
c. 16 months reduction in term
Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

Horrible / tough / sad HR issue at work causing me a lot of stress. Makes me more determined than ever to get to FIRE as soon as possible. Booked next Monday off so at least that's a long weekend to look forward to.
Mini target - make £136 free money to OP £1,000 since October 2023. Got almost £20 waiting in PA and around £80 in Quidco (but that could still be ages). At £35 in Y0ugov.
Gave away a big mirror at the weekend which has (literally) been gathering dust so that feels really positive - it was free to me and the woman who collected was pleased with it.2 -
And just like that £36 became payable from Quidco, plus referral bonus has tracked.2

2) £2.5K Net savings after CCs 14/4/26 (but owed £1.1K) so £3.6K
3) Mortgage neutral by 06/30 (AVC £39.3K + Lump Sums DB £4.6K + (25% of SIPP 1.3K) = 45.2K of £127.5K target 35.4% 8/5/26 (If took bigger lump sum = 67.1K or 52.6%)
4) FI Age 60 income target £17.1/30K 57% (if mortgage and debts repaid - need more otherwise) (If bigger lump sum £15.8/30K 52.67%)
