The chap who measured up assured us the work would be done before Christmas but I suspect we're cutting it fine now.

We're using this company as a trial before we replace all our windows - so far, not very impressed by their administration as we have had to chase for everything apart from the initial quote.  We're committed on this, will see what workmanship is like but unless it's amazing I'm not sure we will go with them for the rest of the work.

Yay £16.47 cashback just confirmed so off to withdraw that - won't be in account until November but will start the month off nicely.

Oh yes and my Amount to Mortgage Neutral / What I Owe The World is under £300k even before the mortgage payment goes out tomorrow!  That feels like a big milestone.

Not looking like we'll get the pay award announced in time for this month's payroll, hopefully by end of year.

Have a plan to move one car on, won't bring in a huge amount but will be a car off the driveway (well off the front lawn actually...)

OH is working on another car currently with a view to getting that advertised. It's pretty niche so won't sell quickly but a step in the right direction.

Nine day fortnight due to start and first non working day in two weeks time. Can't wait! Not looking like OH can do it at present but I've specifically opted for a Monday in case he does get the option.

V impressed by payroll. Pay rise will be implemented and the aim is back pay will be included in this month's payroll.

Have a date for door and utility windows - a week Tuesday. Can't wait. Will look great.

OH away on a road trip this weekend - much ££ on petrol but I'm glad he managed to get away as it was touch and go. Saw him off at 6.30 and went back to bed for another hour and a half.

Fire lit, making use of Spotify account, mushroom stroganoff cooking on wood burner (need to get more heat going!). Got two packs of stewing beef in Olio collection yesterday, need to make OH his fave beef in red wine and pressure can but might be a job for tomorrow. Today I want to declutter, sort, read a book and relax a bit.

V productive first non working day.  Dog insurance sorted, cost avoidance rather than saving. Claim submitted for latest dog incident!

OH has an exam later this week so needs to clear his office out, gave me the excuse I needed to get him to declutter.  Ziffit parcel booked and 15% uplift applied, being collected Friday. £6 cashed out of PA.

Kittens in being neutered tomorrow, am going to be a gibbering wreck all day!  OH is taking them in as I have team meeting booked.
