C1 Scotland Inventory

I have done a Scottish C1 Confirmation submission but I'm encountering hurdles getting the format of the C1's inventory accurate and theres nothing online with which to compare. The Sheriff is knocking it back due to 'formatting' issues and HRMC, when questioned (given it's their form), tell me they can't help  and I need to speak to the Sheriff.

Here is a hypothetical representation:

Can anyone let me know if this is erroneous and (most importantly) what needs changed?

Many thanks

This is the format that I presented.

  • Thanks GSS, I did (finally) receive some unambiguous guidance from the Sheriff which resulted in the following.

I hope that, between the two of us, some one else can finally get an example of a C1 inventory online!

My redacted version of C1 for my late DM - prepared by my solicitor.

A  layout suggestion below. The solicitor example from Gers I don't think is one to follow

This is the 2nd page. Have to add that this is the old style forms so may be different for deaths since Jan 22

Well it was accepted by the court so I expect it was perfectly OK!  Date of death May 2021 if it makes a difference.
  • This thread has been really helpful, I'm in the process of applying for Confirmation and the Inventory was causing me problems.

If I may use this thread to ask about the other issue I'm having:

The Sheriff's Office have informed me that I need to add more to the C1 Declaration paragraph 2, I had mistakenly just added "Executor Nominate" but I understand that I need to detail how that came to be, as in, I need to specify that it's as per the will

Can anyone show or state how this should be worded on the C1 Form ?

    How many executors are there?
What is the relationship between the executors and the deceased?
Are the current names and addresses of the executors the same as stated in the will?
Do you hold the original will?

I'm the only Executor, the deceased was my Uncle.

I have the original Will and my name and address haven't changed.
