Surely it makes sense to prepare yourself for the next stage.
    Why wouldn't you do that?

Go back to that checklist you were following when you filed a Defence.

Ok so the checklist in the newbies thread? I am asking if I can post here for advising on witness statement as I did for the defence - is that ok? Thank you

Yep we can help at WS stage.

The DQ N180 form (and how to film it in) is already in the NEWBIES thread 2nd post, under the red heading IMPORTANT: KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN.

Hello - hopefully a quick question - I've read the newbies thread and I'm a bit confused - I haven't received anything from the court yet (just solicitors saying in due course I will do) so should I wait for this before sending the directions questionnaire or fill out from gov site and send anyhow? or just fill out so it is ready when I'm directed to send? Thank you

How long ago did you receive the solicitors' letter (above)?

Check your MCOL history to see if your DQ is on its way to you.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
