hello - I sent my directions questionnaire by post on Tuesday first class but not signed for. It's not showing as received in my files - is it ok to email it also does anyone know so I know they have got it as the deadline is approaching. I also emailed it to the solicitor but not had any confirmation of receipt. Should I post to them also? Thanks

Has anyone ever advised posting the DQ? Get it emailed ASAP on Monday, during business hours (so after 9am). Make sure you get an auto-response email.

Thanks I saw nothing on whether to post/email on the newbies thread - anyway I've done both now and I got an auto acknowledgement. Thank you.

The 12-point list in the NEWBIE (linked) and in the defence template thread says to send the DQ by e-mail to the same address that you sent the defence.

    Hi all,

I have heard from the solicitors offering me a 'without prejudice save as to costs' offer of £250 instead of £350. In people's experience what is the best way to respond...simply that I wish to proceed...or more reasonable settlement (the claim is an overstay in a free car park). Thank you

Ah good.  Reply to DCBLegal saying no thanks.  Stop faffing about thinking I'm going to pay you and bring on the discontinuance
