Good morning my lovelies xx
I hope all is well in flylady land.
I'm up, made my bed, opened the windows upstairs (brrrrr) and supped my first brew 🫖.
I'm working my way through another puzzle book so it can be recycled when completed. DS bought me it 'Puzzles for a Brilliant Mammy' I thought he was praising my skills as a Mammy.....but I now think it's for brilliant as in Oxford first Mammys!!!! I'm not an eejit but the Sudakus in it are beyond me.I can do the Kakuros though 🙂
Breakfast, brew 2, shower, dress, Thursdailies, lunch with L, pay the rent, Mr C00p shop - bread, bananas and toothpaste.....that's my agenda for today.
Have a good day

Morning all. Beautiful sunshine again here.
The accounts got through the church council meeting, so I am happy
I also got some unexpected offers of help for something I'm planning to do around Easter
So far this morning I have
- had a cuppa
- emptied the DW
- done Sudoku, jigsaws, Wordle etc for an hour
- checked finances and decided (some of) which new accounts to open
- eaten breakfast and drunk coffee
- S&S'd kitchen
- cut DH's hair (no.1 all over)
- stripped my bed
- started WM x1 of probably 5
- brought the Dy$0n charger upstairs, to save me carrying the Dy$0n dwnstairs and then back up again
- showered and dressed
- taken towels and bathmats down to wash too
- made a rash suggestion that we go up to the Forest for lunch at the cafe and Rosie's walk
- rung the BS to check details for setting up a standing order
- looked at spending money on a new phone which I've wanted for a long time - there are a lot of useful apps which can't be used on my old phone (which was previously DH's, so doesn't owe us anything!)
- made another cuppa
I won't say what I hope to achieve today because it's mostly the same as I wrote yesterday
and it might not get done if we spend a long time out in the Forest
Happy/productive/non-frustrating day, everyone xxx

My new tap has arrived!!!! I may wee with glee!!!!waiting for the sink and sink unit to turn up so I can install them.
OH has taken Squeak out catching pokemon.. she is having a morning off educational stuff because she has a dress rehearsal 5-8 tonight and needs some time to relax and do nice things so they are outside having fresh air and Vitamin D
oooh.... my sink arrived.... now to wait for B&Q to get themselves in gear.. I am also going to complain to them about having to pay delivery on the base unit because it isn't kept in stock at either of the local which makes it quite wrong that I am forced to pay delivery when I could walk to either of the local stores free of charge! .. Yes I will be THAT person today!WM on so that can go out in the sunshineand I am going to wash the hallway carpet much to every sleeping persons delight..

Iona that is a list and a half, pace yourself.Sawing donePotted on more seedlingsPlanted out the nasturtiumsWM x 1 done, out in the sunshine on whirly.Another test walk done to see how far it is~~~~~~ I will do this. Also tested out an app on my phone against my step watch, not surprisingly they both say different steps and distance, so an average of this will do. The council have shut the local coastal foot path, for 6 to 8 weeks while they carry out some repairs, as it seems it is used too much!NND's wife now has cv19, I have offered to dog walk / get food but it seems for now they have it all sorted.Breast Cancer Now 100 miles October 2022 100/100miles

Bed made, clothes picked up, room aired
Washing on the airer
Lunch made and eaten
DDs both spoked to at various times
Town hall and estate agents called and called again
Banking and spending checked
Shopping done
I also put my big girl pants on and drove OHs car to the shops. Being electric it makes much more sense to use it for town driving but for some reason I had decided it would be difficult to drive. It was fine!

I managed to reach up and peg out 2 loads of bedding before we went out and they are almost dry - saving a bit on the electricity bill
I've now pegged out the bath mats for a couple of hours in the breeze and will finish them off on the radiators, and I've put a load of DH's clothes in the WM.
On our way to the Forest, since it was only a short detour from the "ring road" into the outskirts of the market town, I dropped off the music scores with the Choral Society librarian, so that is a bit more space in my study
We all enjoyed our lunch at the Forest Cafe (Rosie had a sausage), then Rosie and I had a very pleasant walk and met only a few other people. I was a bit worried because I had forgotten to take my stick with me, but I even managed to get up the steep paths with only a couple of short rests

All washing line dried. Car washed. I am the union rep at school - found out the the email I sent has had the desired effect - must capitalise on this and persuade non-members to move Union. Been to a wilk0 with an adjacent car park so filled a trolley
