thank you. I just spoke on phone and she advised what you did too. She said they would respond to me in a week, so i said I don't believe that. Apparantly the deadline was the 26th March, and they emailed me on 28th to say it had missing pages, but I replied on same day, so she said to say that. I'll email them now. thanks again!

done. Thanks again. Let's see what they say. Would be nice to get some compo for their mistakes and stress caused by them

well, it will be another phone call on Monday. A full week after the received receipt from the "claim responses" email address and absolutely zero contact or updates on the case. This is beyond ridiculous now.

45 minutes on hold for some smug git to tell me I have to wait at least 2 more weeks because they are on 3 week turnaround. Told him they are driving me to an early grave.....smug response of "not much I can do as can only advise on this, not the actual process". I am now writing to the MP and also logging formal complaint via website. He tried to tell me again that deadline was the 26th March, so my fault.....however he soon shut up when I told him that the first time they EVER responded to me, after 5 times dating back to 27th Feb, was the 28th to tell me it was incomplete so told him politely I am not a clairvoyant and can predict what they will do, so they received a reply on 28th within 30 minutes of me receiving their email!! 

I am at my wits end. I have sent it again to both the DQ email and Claim Responses, as he told me nothing would be done sending to claim responses, as would just be put in the DQ backlog.
