yeah, that is extremely out of order! 

The MP did email me back, saying sorry for situation, cannot get involved in legal side but will have his team reach out to see what help he actually can do. To be fair, he's pretty pro-active (which annoys me due to his party haha)

Complaint logged via the Gov website, but could not add attachments as could not attach emails etc but have replied to the email confirmation and attached them all (which it said to do)

I'd reply and say the hollow apology isn't good enough what compensation for distress and upset are they going to offer?  They seem to treat causing CCJs as if it's merely a small error.  In fact it is highly traumatic for affected individuals and it is appalling that the CNBC favours and enables rogue Claimants whilst treating Defendants like they are annoying second class citizens who should just shut up and put up with it.

They are ruining people's credit ratings due to bending over backwards to accommodate a tsunami of parking claims that the MoJ should have banned from MCOL years ago.

Had reply from my actual complaint progression, offered £75 goodwill for the hassle caused. Better than nothing!

Finally got a court date through. November 27th! Came through yesterday.

Looking at the claim form, I would expect this hearing to go ahead due to the amount they are trying to extort from you:

They couldn't even be bothered to break down the PCN dates or say how many PCNs are on the claim, nor what conduct led to these rip-off charges and fake 'fees'.

CST didn't send you a more detailed set of POC after this claim form, did they?

I am prepping the witness statements, but I was not the driver, they are pursuing me as the owner, which I have read they can do.

This was all I had from that point. I've not had a breakdown since, but I have about 45-50 letters covering the previous 2 years from them, which details all different reference numbers and they mentioned it on their response to my initial appeal (which obviously got denied).

They are not pursuing you as the "owner". You are being pursued as either the "driver" or the "keeper" or both. Ownership does not come into it.
