2) The photos of the signs on page 2 of this thread only refer to Ocean Parking not Anchor Security.
3) Can you please post up a copy of the landowner's contract.Hi thank you!!1. - The actual photos are not date stamped but they do provide pictures of the signs (not photos) date stamped 2021 when contract took place.2 - Correct. I have just double checked this - the photos they also provide, including those on the contract are of Ocean Parking NOT Anchor. (My photos were done on phone and do have date/time stamp)3. Posted the heading as the contract is 10 pages including pictures....HOWEVER - Please note that NOWHERE does it state Ocean Parking. The contract itself is between Anchor Security T/A Care Parking. I have read through it all and not once is ocean parking mentioned, except on the signs. Does this go in my favour?? As in the contract can be seen as not valid as the signs are not?? I know their letters to me do state they trade as Ocean Parking but this is not the case in the landowner contract.

Don't say that at the hearing please. Don't utter those words as it sounds like you will settle.
NONONONO! DEFEND THE CASE.
This isn't at a Magistrates Court.
And you DO have a WS deadline in the Notice of Allocation or the Notice of Hearing. You can't just rock up with evidence.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

OK, you've shown us the first page, now look at the second page of your Notice of Allocation. Is there not a paragraph something like:Each party must deliver to every other party and to the court office copies of all documents on which he intends to rely at the hearing no later than [ . . . ] [14 days before the hearing].Those 'documents on which you intend to rely' are your Witness Statement and evidence.3

Ocean Parking is a trading name of Anchor Security Services Ltd, so not really a viable challenge on that point.
You mentioned in your earlier panicky post that you'd lose your job if you lost this case. Why do you presume that? This is not a criminal matter. It is a civil matter over a contractual dispute. The county court is the ultimate dispute resolution service and even if you did not sin, there is no "record" of anything criminal. In the worst case scenario, as long as you paid the CCJ within 28 days of judgment, there is not even any record on your credit file. It is completely expunged from the record.3 -

because CCJs in my job can lead to dismissal due to nature of the job. Obviously if I lost, I would have to borrow some money to pay to avoid the CCJ if possible, but it is a very serious thing for me sadly. They are very strict

SO, you'd have to borrow the money and pay it in full within 28 days. By doing so, there is no record of it as it is expunged. However, that is an absolute worst case scenario.3

yes. apologies. I do suffer from diagnosed acute depression and anxiety, and this has all caused so much more, so apologies when I get panicky.
