Not weird; a disgrace. The level of basic paperwork incompetence is normal for the broken system calling itself the CNBC:

    As @Grizebeck says:

Issues with them processing DQs is thier biggest problem.

The CNBC is causing CCJs all over the shop.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

oh wow! I hope they don't just give me a blanket CCJ, currently going through something for work, and it would completely screw me for the job if they do it right now. Definitely the scam carpark companies causing such an admin backlog and failure.

thanks - I will phone them tomorrow...I just logged onto the MCOL for first time since, and found they have acknowledged the solicitor claim, but not mine - image of confirmation and date from mine, sent to their solicitor and also had CCd my own email when I sent it in - and apparantly on 14th March, I have received General Sanctions order???

I have forwarded my original email with headers, along with their acknowledgement, to the new email address, and specified that it has been sent on 27th Feb etc etc. I'll give it a couple days, like you say, and if not on MCOL will call them, as not happy being issues with general sanctions order (not that I know what that is) for something that is clearly their mistake.

thanks! Just forwarded to the DQ one! I will still be phoning them, as these changed the day after I sent mine, so mine should still have been registered and I want that order thing removed.

It really is bad for CNBC not to accept incoming mail to their old e-mail address for DQs; after all they changed it not defendants!  They must realise that there would be some DQs in the wind that they sent out which would have a deadline AFTER they changed their e-mail address and should have allowed receipt for a couple of months or an auto forwarding system to their address of choice.
