    This particular Money Moral Dilemma was suggested by a member of the MoneySavingExpert.com team, so we're fairly certain it's genuine - we have told them they're not allowed to drive the bus for the next MSE day out though :)

    As you were the driver and therefore in full and exclusive control of the car, you must accept the fine alone. Your friend might well have been in just as much of a hurry as you, but you really can’t expect him to share the blame.
