Quick round up from me of how I did in March. Thank you so much apple for the thread,  I've really enjoyed reading along with all of you. See you on the other side turtles xxx

Hi turtles, Here is my plan for March movement!

    Sticking points -

1.don’t be a carrot. This means = speak up, whether it is to ask for help or make my voice heard. Speak to people more. And something which is kind of related to being braver - find the courage to drive alone.

I started the month well with this. Need to keep it up in April. Haven't tried the driving yet.

2.Family and friends - check in with them more, send one nice text per day.

Need to do this more in April.

3.social life - find an exercise class that I like that could turn into more of an actual hobby

I found a circuits class for Mondays! and made a gym friend who I am going to do an intercambio (language exchange) with on Mondays!

4.happiness - along with continuing with regular (ideally daily) morning pages, meditation and exercise and reduced alcohol and sugar, I want to try to read before bed. Want to try the capsule wardrobe plan too.

I kept up the MPS for half the month, (need to restart) meditation and exercise were done regularly. Definitely reduced sugar and alc (apart from a blow out last weekend) and want to continue this in April. Did not try capsule wardrobe. Need to buy some new bits as my clothes are tatty and it is starting to bother me.

5.savings - set up account and pay to savings FIRST

I did not do this as I spent a lot on Granada! April will be the first month I ever do this. I also only had around 6 NSDs in March, I would like to do better in April. I was €160 over budget in March on "fun" spends.

plan the month - outings will be to Granada and we have tickets for a piano concert.

This is why the month was spendy!
