    That's an advanced learner loan, which is different to the link posted for student finance earlier in the thread. A Diploma should qualify you for student finance maintenance loan. See link. https://www.gov.uk/student-finance/who-qualifies

    Hi Iv'e got proof that i wasn't entitled to a maintenance loan i got the letter yesterday
     But you still didn't answer any if the questions asked by posters above

    i know im sorry i didnt answer your questions my mum has dementia and im looking after her also my next door neighbours are neighbours from hell the letter is enough for the uc this is what i got back from them

    I have raised a Mandatory Reconsideration for a Decision Maker to consider. 
    There is currently a backlog on the Mandatory reconsiderations so we are unable 
    to provide a timescale for the decision but your journal will be updated when a

    no if you read the letter it says maintenance loan
