this is the point i wasn't eligible for the loan
You have said that repeatedly but it still isn't clear why you think that.
In your latest post you say your education provider said they don't do one and directed you to gov.uk.
julie_gary said:..when i was on the phone i asked about the mainatence loan and he replied no we dont give them out its on the gov website..
In another post you say that as you were on UC you didn't bother asking for a loan.

i was on uc so i didnt bother asking for one and there wasn't a link to get one
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.

It is a bit like getting blood out of a stone.

So when you were asking about the maintenance loan, and were told that they didn’t do them and you needed to look on the gov.uk website what did you do next?

Did you check the website for eligibility or did you not bother looking into it further?

  • for the course only it wasn't available for me
  • OP, sorry, but you're hard work.

You are likely to need to give UC proof of this - e.g. that you investigated and weren't eligible - to stand a chance of them accepting that was the case.

I am still unclear how the OP ascertained the loan wasn’t available to them. Hence my previous question which the next comment didn’t clear up at all.

How did you live while on the course in not getting a loan?

     Working?
    Universal credit?

How do you know that because in another comment you said you didn't bother applying because you were claiming UC.
I'll ask again, have you used the calculator link that was posted twice to check for certain?

@julie_gary if you want any sort of decent advice you need to make the effort to help yourself by giving clearer and longer answers.
Otherwise this is going to carry on going round in circles till everyone gives up.
