Evening all, just a couple of quick questions….
I am going to be representing my wife as a lay representative. She will be at the video hearing as required. Do I need to let the court know this before the hearing? When I send the witness statement off, does it go to both the claimant and DCB Legal? Thanks as always.0 -
First question: No.
And 2nd question yes but ONLY to DCBLegal, just as your claim form tells you all documents for the Claimant must go to.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You may want to read The Lay Representatives (Rights of Audience) Order 1999 beforehand.
It's only a couple of lines. Take a copy with you to the hearing.Rocky88 said:When I send the witness statement off, does it go to both the claimant and DCB Legal?

Evening All,
Just going through my paperwork to get things in order.Noticed that when I received the ‘Notice of Transfer of Proceedings’ letter in October, it had been sent to Bury St Edmunds County Court. The ‘Notice of Allocations to the small claims track (hearing)’ letter states that the claim will be heard at the County Court at Norwich.
Just confirming that my WS goes to Norwich and not Bury St Edmunds.
