    Excellent result, well done. 🥂

When you've gathered your thoughts, perhaps you can give us some details of the hearing - which court, Judge's name, who did the PPC field to represent them, what did they have to say, what did the Judge have to say, did you have to speak?  This information really does help us to understand the courts' and Judges' thinking which in due course helps other motorists who inevitably fall foul of litigation-rampant PPCs.

    Nice one. 👍
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Yes we'd love to hear more about what the rep said when the Judge tore into them for allegedly false signage evidence!

    WELL DONE.

    ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!

Did you ask for any costs or was it a quick video hearing?

Quite surprised a DCBLegal one went to a hearing and wasn't discontinued.  Maybe Total Car Parks insist on cases going to hearings.  Cost them a LOT more!
