    Hi @Le_Kirk

It was a typo inputting on this forum. I have received automated reply from both the court and DCB Legal when submitting on the 4th October, during office hours.

I will submit again this morning.

If it gets to the 17th and no further update on MCOL, should I contact the Court?

    Thanks
No, contact CCBC which is not  court but a processing centre, at least you will be contacting the place to which you sent your defence.

    Hello All,

I have been sent a court date (early July), it is an online hearing. Only issue is I will be abroad on a prior booked summer holiday. Had a look online and it seems a bit mixed on info about getting a court date moved. Is it worth contacting the court? Really don’t fancy relying on hotel Wi-Fi etc for a court hearing.

    Thanks.

You are going to have to attend it from abroad.

As soon as you booked that holiday you should have emailed your court. Too late now and you can't change it as that costs a 3 figure fee.

When does your WS bundle have to be filed & served by?

Hi CM, thanks for the reply.

Court date is 10th July, so two weeks before that.

    Good Afternoon Everyone,

@WD40fan victory today. My case is exactly the same, scheduled for just over a month.

I am now at the stage of putting my WS statement together. I have most of it, is it prudent to point out Total Car Parks failure to supply the ANPR images and then wrongly saying they didn’t need to?

    Thanks

In two minds about putting how clean the car looks?

    Appreciate any feedback.

    Thanks

Small point but you don't request a request, you submit a Subject Access Request.
I emailed the Claimant on the same day requesting submitting a Subject Access Request.
The Claimant is put to strict proof of the extent if of the authorised enforcement boundary,
Just a couple of things I spotted.

"23. I visited Mint Car Wash, on 18th September 2021. I spoke to a male employee who
confirmed to me that they use a tablet device to exempt cars from receiving a parking
    charge."

Para 50  -  ".......I have only learned about this from the Claimants member of staff."

Just checking  -  is the male employee a staff member of both entities?.

Well I suppose that is a bigger question. As it appears Total Car Parks have some kind of connection with Mint Car Wash.

However, I will alter para 50  to say ‘Mint Car Wash member of staff’.

    Thanks.
