  • Great You have managed it.

A quick question, the other adult in the household, are they dependent on you? or are they non dependent?
If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.

What are your contracted monthly repayments on your debts ?

More than the £236 you have available I'm guessing.

Did all the loan payments actually get paid into yours or his bank accounts?
Is his name on any of the loan documents at all?
Looking at mobile phones, the monthly amount is high. Does 'he' have a phone you are paying for? If so, contact the provider get the phone send SIM blocked. You may not be able to get out of paying the bill but you stop him running up debts on the account and using a phone you paid for.
When the contract ends, you should consider changing to SIM only for a while.
May you find your sister soon Helli.
    Sleep well.

my daughter - 19yrs old, she is studying a degree at home, didnt want to go to halls due to all that has happened at home

the contracted payments were £00's, i took payment holidays and then things took a turn for the worse and i couldn't make the payments, this was due to the emotional abuse and violence at home.  couldnt think straight

my bill is £45, my daughter has her phone and watch, she pays for it, and i still have a year to go on the contract, but the contracts all in my name as she isnt old enough and pays for it from her student finance

the loans were all in my name, and paid into my bank account.  he was very smart like that, refused to have joint bank account etc.  just gotr me to transfer money to him and pay his bills etc
  • as you can see, this man has made my financial life HELL.  i have spent a year trying to get my head in a space where I can deal with this an even look at it, and looking at it here it makes me feel sick that he did this.  even if he had paid his way it would have helped me to just make ends meet.
