In my previous email, I requested that you resolve this matter, but your response has completely ignored this. This lack of accountability and responsibility is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience and financial distress.
As the landowner, you are equally liable for the actions of your contracted agents and it is your duty to take immediate action to cancel the speculative invoice and hold your contracted agent accountable for their actions.
I demand prompt and decisive action from you to rectify this situation. Failure to do so will result in you being called as a witness in any legal action should this County Court Claim proceed to a full hearing.

Sent the email. They are on annual leave until 12th April now. It shouldn't be too late to cancel the PCN then. It better be the first they do when they get back...B789 said:

Sorry what? Historic nature? Failed to respond?? I wasn’t even given the chance to respond!! That’s why I’m stuck here in the first place! I made that VERY clear with them!
They’re the landowners- are they saying they can’t cancel the PCN as it’s been too long? That’s not a thing.How do I even respond to their gaslighting at this point?! They are just as scammy as UKPC!0 -

UKPC are feeding the landlord a pack of lies. You need to tell the landlord this and this time invite them as a witness to court to explain this to a judge2 -

You are talking utter mince - I was NEVER AFFORDED ANY APPEAL OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE I NEVER RECEIVED THE ORIGINAL PCN NOR ANY FOLLOW-UP LETTER!!!!
Please engage your brain and think for yourself, rather than simply spouting what UKPC are telling you. Who's in charge here ... You (organ grinder) or UKPC (monkey)?
