Avro to Octopus switch problems

Well Octopus have got four weeks to sort it out before the price hike...
I think six months is more than long enough to sort out a SoLR switch.0 -
Try 8 months from OFTM when I left them in December 2018Thomas_Crown said:
It'll be 5 months this coming Saturday, since Octopus took over Avro's customers. It's a long time to wait for a final bill.oliverbrown said:Hmm, Octopus are still inferring they are waiting for data from Avro.Someone please tell me what money is0 -
We've still not had ours sorted out either. Was with Avro for 6 months and £250 ish in credit on 26/9.
Submitted meter readings to Octopus as requested but deliberately cancelled our DD
A friend in the industry (not Octopus) confirmed our supplier ID had changed and on 12/1 I received our final bill from Avro with £190 credit showing.
So on 12/1 after many emails and Octopus still saying they're waiting details from Avro we asked for a non-cyclical bill which we received and paid.
9/3 I sent them a copy of our final Avro bill.
We have received bills / statements requiring payment on 28/1, 14/2, 15/2, 27/2, 27/3.
The best was yesterday 11/4 when they credited our account with 9 different amounts totalling everything they've charged us to date so we're currently £764 in credit and still don't have our Avro credit balance....
Beginning of March I asked how I can raise a complain against Octopus. They ignored that in their next reply. I asked again, they opened one internally, I asked how I raise it externally and they ignored that again.
We're in a fortunate financial position that we can pay every random bill and are setting aside more than what we think our bills should be just incase but for others this must be horrible.0
