Latest update from Octopus after I chased them up again because I feel the ones left are being ignored.

I'm very sorry to hear how you're feeling, however, the Avro - Octopus information page hasn't been updated as there isn't currently any further update. The last of the Avro accounts are still being worked on. We do care for how customers are feeling and we are working on getting everything updated as soon as we can when we gain the details from Avro's administration team. However, this is a timely process.
Thanks for all of the information that you sent over to me, however, I'm unable to just add the details or credit to your account and I do need to await for this to be officially passed through from Avro. I will continue to monitor your account and let you know as soon as there is any update. As you've advised your Avro account showed the updated balance recently, hopefully this means we will receive your final bill soon.

Hmm, Octopus are still inferring they are waiting for data from Avro.0

I just read this thread and thought... I'll just log into my Octopus account (haven't had any contact from them for ages) and see if anything has changed... I noticed the account seems to have finally been updated.
There is now a final avro bill in there (still nothing from Octopus) and an account balance, but as yet, no communication from Octopus as to what is actually going on.0 -

We're very nearly there now - we've completed 95% of Avro accounts.
We’ve sorted the vast majority of Avro accounts now & we’re working through the last few (usually more complicated ones) as quickly as we can. We're sorry it's taking a while — we're doing everything we can to get things sorted ASAP.

I came on here to post the same issue. We were paying around £65 a month with Avro and was in credit for a round £260.
Our last bill has came in from Octopus £1060. And we now owe £800.
We always submitted our monthly reading and was assured everything was ok.0 -

DD is set up, payments being taken, meter readings given, no bills generated cs contacted.0 -
580K was the figure they quoted on 6th November on the update page. So that would leave 29K to deal with, but on 15th Jan they had 8 to 10% left to deal with so somewhere between 46.4K to 58K left.Phlik said:

I think they are just making it up as they go along!
When they do finally bill me I think i will say I will try and sort it out at the same speed they sorted out my switch!
